I just got a George Foreman grill for Christmas, and wanted to know some good recipes to cook with it, besides the ones that come in the handbook. Thank you so very much everyone:)

Beef fajitas
Marinade:
garlic cloves 4
salt 1 1/2 tsp
black pepper, ground 1 1/2 tsp
cumin 1 1/2 tsp
onion powder 1 1/2 tsp
chili powder 1 1/2 tsp
skirt steak 2 lb
vegetable oil 2 Tbsp
Bell peppers , mixed red, yellow and green, sliced thin
onion, sliced thin
garlic cloves, chopped
cilantro sprigs

1. Make marinade by chopping and mashing the gaelic into paste.
In the bowl, combine the garlic paste with the remaining
marinade ingredients.
2. Trim the fat from the skirt steak. Cut the steak into two or
three pieces. Cover the steak and marinate in the refrigerator
for at least 1 hour/ overnight.
3. Grill the steak on the hot grill to disired doneness. Remove
the steak and allow it to rest for 10 minutes.
4. Add the oil to a heavy saute pan, heat the pan until bery hot
and saute the bell peppers, onion and garlic until they begin to
soften.
5. slice the steak against the grain into thin slices.
6. Serve the fajitas with warm corn tortillas, fresh sals, sour
cream and guacamole.

Have fun and good luck!

It's good for grilling chicken breasts, just season however you like them and pop them on there. (the pre-marinated ones you buy at the grocery store work well too!)
I also use mine for frozen hamburger patties when it's too cold or wet out to BBQ them.
And when you make sandwiches, you can stick them on there and it makes like a panini press. (try brie cheese, baby spinach, seedless red grapes and some honey mustard on a nice panini roll!)
It also works well for sausages or sausage patties, or for hot dogs.
Just avoid cooking fish on there, it will be over-done and not very good.

You can make paninis sandwiches with that thing too. So there whenever you feel like a sandwich think on a twist for melted cheese.
