OMG! look at those recipes looks like work to me. Easy to do: Chunk or shred your pre-cooked turkey, chopped onion, snow pea pods, yellow peppers. In a large fry pan put in a half cup of water, bring to a boil, place your turkey in the pan, cook untill the water is gone and turkey is starting to get crisp( if water is gone before turkey is crisp keep adding water quarter cup at a time until turkey turkey is brown and crisp) add onions, pea pods and peppers cooking them until they are a bit over cooked, add hoisen sauce( not sure about the spelling but you can find it in the grocery store in the Chinese food isle). Add 2 cups of water and a cup of rice, turn heat down to simmer about 45 minutes or until rice is cooked stirring once in awhile and making sure that all the pan scrapings on the bottom are mixing well with everything. It's like making a stir fry but at a higher heat. Whole thing takes about an hour....little longer if you use uncooked turkey but you do the same.
