Yes. Use a container with a lid to trap the moisture and you'll use the steam as it defrosts to cook it. It will come out nice and moist. DO NOT PUT IT ON DEFROST, use 50% power and check it every few minutes. Once it's firm to the touch, remove the lid and cook it on high for 30 seconds.

Well, if I were you, I would soak it in warm water to cool the coldness off, let it dry and then put it in the microwave!

And I'm only 8 coming up with that!

Thaw it out normally, do not microwave. The microwave will probably ruin the texture.

It would be better thawed out properly by leaving it out at room temperature, but it should be alright if you use the defrost setting first.

have a look at the cooking instructions, if it says you can, you can, if not its possibly not the best idea
