1/2 oz Malibu® coconut rum
1/2 oz creme de bananes
1/2 oz Midori® melon liqueur
1/2 oz pineapple juice
1 1/2 oz whipped cream

Quite a rare cocktail over here in the UK, but I have heard of it... the ingredients are Malibu, Midori, creme de bananes, pineapple juice and may or may not be topped with whipped cream. Hope it helps, but your barman may have altered ingredients to suit his bar.
