TO ME A SALAD SHOULD CONSIST OF ANYTHING YOU LIKE EATING TOGETHER. AS FOR MY TASTE OUT OF THOSE INGREDIENTS..I WOULD OMIT THE MUSHROOMS,PINEAPPLE & GREEN PEPPER. ADD ROASTED RED PEPPER FOR COLOR .GRILL THE CHICKEN. CHEESE(CREAM CHEESE).

Teriyaki Chicken Salad. Have your bed be the lettuce tomato, green peper, mushroom, onion and cucumber. Grill the chicken and pineapple with a teriyaki glaze. Place on top of the salad.

I'm not a big fan of pine apple in salads with Lettuce, so I would skipped the Pine Apple and chop/mix all the other ingredients with a nice vinaigrette (balsamic or Lemon and sprinkle with some parmesan or feta cheese) or if you like a creamy sauce then go with good old ranch!

make a nice chicken salad
chop up everything except the lettuce and mix with a little mayo, cumin, salt, and pepper. serve over a bed of lettuce or in lettuce cups or make a sandwich with some good extra sourdough bread and lettuce leaves.
