In a casserole dish...
1. Take your turkey and cut it into chunks
2. Throw in vegetables (peas, carrots, corn, etc.)
3. Throw in gravy.
4. spread a thick layer of mashed potatoes over the top of the turkey, vegies, and gravy.(in you mashed potatoes you could probably use soy milk and dairy substitutes in them)
5. Put in oven and cook untill the mashed potates start to brown

Turkey cubed, in a casserole dish with peas, carrots, potatoes, chicken broth (cover everything by 1/2) and add salt and pepper. Bake in the oven at 375 for 20 minues. Remove from oven, sprinkle in some all purpose flour to thicken and cover with an entire sheet of Philsbury Crescent rolls. Don't break them apart. Crimp the sheet of dough and place back in the oven for an additional 8 to 10 minutes. Once it's nice and golden, your done! Enjoy.
