Break it some more, put it in bowls, and pour pudding over it. Add some fruit and/or whipped cream. Easy trifle. :)

How about a trifle? Break the cake into bite size chunks into a large glass bowl, layer with vanilla pudding (mix with a little cool whip to make it more mousse-like) and some thawed frozen raspberries or strawberries. Continue layering and finish with cool whip. You can always use chocolate pudding with marshmallows and nuts instead of the vanilla pudding and fruit for a rocky road trifle, or even lemon pudding and top with a little lemon zest. Use your imagination and the possibilities are endless!

Turn it into a TRIFLE. I found this easy recipe allrecipes.com for you.

INGREDIENTS
1 (10 inch) sponge cake, cut in cubes (You can use your broken white cake for this part)
1 (15.25 ounce) can fruit cocktail, drained
1 (3 ounce) package port wine flavored gelatin mix
2 tablespoons custard powder (you can substitute instant Tapioca)
4 teaspoons white sugar
1/2 cup milk

DIRECTIONS
Place the cake in a glass serving bowl and cover with the canned fruit. Prepare gelatin according to package instructions and pour over fruit and cake.
Combine custard powder and sugar in a small saucepan over medium heat. Stir in milk and cook until thick and creamy. Pour over sponge cake mixture. Chill until set.

Hope this gives you a yummy dessert to still enjoy your cake.

You could always try to put together by connecting the two pieces of white cake together with some frosting and then covering it with a very thick layer of icing.
