I love my chicken wing recipe, the wings are baked not fried. I have been making this for my kids since they were young, and they still ask for me to make it so I guess it is good.
You will need:
chicken wings
2 packets Good Seasons Italian Salad Dressing
1/2 cube of butter
1 whole bottle La Victoria bottled hot sauce (It comes in what looks like a glass ketchup bottle, choose the amount of heat you like. I pick the hottest there is.)
1 lemon juiced
Put all these ingredients except the wings in a pot and bring to a boil. Remove from heat and add chicken wings. Coat the wings and place them in a baking pan pour any leftover sauce on the top of the wings. Bake at 350 until done about an hour.

spicy chicken with cool green dipping sauce
1 tsp oregano
1 tsp ground cumin
1/4 tsp salt
1/8 tsp ground red pepper
8 bone-in chicken drumsticks, skin and visible fat removed
1/2 cup loosely packed fresh cilantro sprigs
1/4 cup loosely packed parsley sprigs
1/4 cup slivered almonds
1 clove garlic
1 serrano chile pepper, seeded (or leave half the seeds in for a spicier sauce); wear plastic gloves when handling
1/8 tsp salt
2 tbsp lime juice
2 tbsp flaxseen oil or olive oil
2 tbsp water
preheat the grill or broiler. coat a grill rack or broiler-pan rack with cooking spray.
in a cup, combine oregano, cumin, salt, and red pepper. cut two 1/2 inch deep slashes in each side of the drumsticks. rub the spice mixture over the drumsticks, pressing it into the slits. place the drumsticks in a baking pan and coat completely with cooking spray. let stand for 10 min.
in a food processor, combine the cilantro, parsley, almonds, garlic, chile pepper, and salt. process until chopped. while the processor is running, add the lime juice and oil through the feed tube, stopping the machine once or twice to scrape down the sides of the container until the sauce is smooth. pour the sauce in a bowl. stir in the water, cover, and chill until ready to serve.
place the drumsticks on the prepared rack and grill or broil 6 inches from the heat, turning several times, for 25 min, or until thermometer inserted in the thickest portion read 170 degrees F and the juices run clear
serve with the sauce.
*the first time i made this recipe i didnt use gloves to seed the serrano pepper, and man did it burn my fingers like hell. the sauce is very tasty. hope you enjoy this recipe.

Mix together equal parts of "Frank's Red Hot Sauce" and butter in a sauce pan and heat till it is hot but do not let it boil.
Then, deep fry or bake the wings until they are are cooked. Take directly from the fryer or oven and toss with the sauce.
Serve with some blue cheese dressing and celery sticks.

Take the skins off .. season with salt and pepper ... dredge in flour and deep fry until golden brown.
In a pan, melt butter and sautee crushed garlic, ginger and chopped scallions with crushed hot pepper and a dash of soy sauce. When the ginger and garlic have softened, fold in the cooked wings and mix until well coated.
