Yes, boiled with taters and corn in well seasoned water, Old Bay seasoning is good or a good cajun spice mix. SNAP 'EM & SUCK 'EM DOWN!

We called the "craw-deads" where I come from. When I moved to the "big city" and saw that people actually paid for these things, I couldn't believe it. I still can't. We would play with them in the mud and stuff, which was fun. But I don't want to eat them.. it's just weird to me. Anyway.. good question.

I love crawfish, too!
What I like most about them is to catch them though.
My neighbor's kids and I have spent hours hiking to the nearby creek and catching crawfish.
Best of all, they don't want to eat them, so it leaves all the food for me :)

They are great with garlic and butter. However you do have to get a mess of them since there's not meat in there. I like them cooked with shrimp.

Love them!! I prefer mine sauteed in butter & garlic cloves over medium heat, then served over rice or pasta......Mmmmmm!!
