Throw it out. Should not be kept longer that 2-3 days.

We cooked our turkey crown on Christmas day, and it is still fine. I would say, if kept in fridge, except when being cut, it should be fine for a week. Obviously if smelly or dried out etc, throw it away. People are paranoid now about sell by dates, and throwing food away. Use your discretion.

Make sure it is off the bone and cut into smaller pieces and freeze it. I always put mine in small bags so I have 2-4 bags in the freezer and use one per meal. I use it for homemade soups in the crockpot.

It'll last a few days as long as its kept cold, maybe up to a week after it is cooked.
You can tell when it's gone off. It'll smell bad and change colour.
