I need a quick healthy breakfast and do not have time to cook in the morning. I want to prepare egg whites and 1 yolk with turkey bacon, and prepare them for at least 3 days ahead placed in wrapper in the refrigerator will it still be fresh on the third day?

just buy the egg whites in a container and cook the bacon. You can microwave the egg whites in a coffee mug for one minute and warm the bacon for 20 seconds and you've got breakfast. Or just buy Eggbeaters. They are healthy and can be cooked the same way.

If you are looking for a healthy breakfast, skip the yolk and just go with the whites. This sounds like you are planning to scramble it together, so I would say, pre-cook the eggs and bacon and store it in serving sized containers. Keep them in the freezer. Then every morning, you can re-heat a healthy breakfast in the microwave. Eggs and bacon (turkey bacon or not) freeze and re-heat really well. This will certainly save you time without having to worry about eating eggs that are too old before they are cooked. Hope this helps! Good luck.

Get packages of frozen pie crusts and make quiche. Fry up the bacon, add some onions, peppers, mushrooms and saute. Place mixture in the bottom of the pie crusts. Add whatever kind of cheese you like (Parmesan, Swiss and American are good) Mix up eggs with milk or cream add salt & pepper and pour into the pie crust until about 3/4 full. Bake at 325 degrees for about 30 minutes. Take out when egg mixture is firm. You can freeze them for up to 6 months if properly wrapped (Plastic and foil). Cut into pieces and freeze them seperately or freeze the whole thing.

If you want to eat truly healthy, lose body fat consistently, normalize your blood pressure, cholesterol levels, prevent cancer, and even boost your brain health and energy levels, you may have heard all over the news that the Paleo Diet has been found to be one of the best methods of achieving all of these benefits compared to any other popular "fad" diets out there. The truth is that the Paleo Diet will never be considered a fad because it's just simply the way that humans evolved to eat over approximately 2 million years. And eating in a similar fashion to our ancestors has been proven time and time again to offer amazing health benefits, including prevention of most diseases of civilization such as cancer, heart disease, alzheimers, and other chronic conditions that are mostly caused by poor diet and lifestyle. One of the biggest misunderstandings about the Paleo Diet is that it's a meat-eating diet, or a super low-carb diet. This is not true
