when i was letting him see them he would come to my house but was seeing me also ,but i told him i dont want him coming over anymore cause he was always coming over drunk and real late ,and i got tired of putting up with that type of relationship. well now he wants to pick them up but i feel like he has a drinking problem when he did come over he would bring his other son over and pass out and not watch him i dont want him to do that with my kids so i jusr ignore him and dodge his calls because i am not gonna let him take them ,but i dont want him to take me back to court either but if i let him come over and play house with him he doesnt try to take them by the way he lives with anther women who swears they just roomates but then again she tells him she does not want my kids at his house its confusing and i just want to leave him alone completly but he says he will get a lawyer to get his kids and he does have the money for one the kids anr 3months and 2 years old girls

I have Lupus and back problems. he does not go out of his way to help me like cleaning house or doing laundry. when I say I hurt all over he has to say the same thing. I just want some love and caring but he's also the type that don't show his emotions but I do. I sit at home every day cleaning this or that. I'm getting tired of it and I'm not very happy. He don't even compliement me on how I look or the house looks nice or ever brings me a little something to cheer me up. I know I have my faults but I' don't ask a whole lot. I feel like running away and never coming back! For I don't feel cared for at all!

stay mad at him all of the time. It seems like he does something everyday that upsets me or hurts my feelings or just plain pisses me off. I can't even say what it is that he's done. I take everything he says personally, even if he means it jokingly. I need to figure out why he's getting on my nerves so badly. I don't want to push him away. I need serious help. What in the world is going on with me??

What happened before and after? Why did you get in to the affiar? Did your spouse find out? Was the affair worth it?

I have been married for 13 years and we have a child together. However within the last year, he has been in contact with an ex and talking to her when I am not at home. I have found things that says he loves her and vise versa. When I confront him, he tells me he will always love her and noone can stop that. He tells me the conversation occur when I am not home because that is the only time that he and she can talk. She is also married with children and from what I am hearing her husband has the same concern but I was told he had an affair and that is why she has to hide their conversations. When he is talking to her he acts differently towards me. The conversations revolve around her, and he is more touch feely with me. Am I making a big issue out of this or should I be concerned? I don't mind the fact they are talking but the I love you stuff and other things that are talked about to me is not right to say to an ex. Any advise would be helpful. Thanks!!!

My husband and I have been fighting for 2 days straight now. Everything I do is bugging him, he's yelling about everything! Up until now he's been really supportive, but because I didn't drain the sink he had a spaz attack and threw things around the kitchen...because I told him it was too late to use a shop vac he flipped out and told me to piss off. I dont know what I'm doing wrong and its stressing me out big time which is something I don't need. I want him to go away but I cant because well, he lives here. What should I do? My husband and I have been through alot in our past. Before we got married he cheated so I can say I have some issues in that category. Now he hasn't been working, on and off for a 1 year now....we are really behind in bills.....
I can deal with our problems.
I do ask him almost everyday what he did that day. He doesn't like to answer it but does occasionally.
His mom comes over today and he tells her how he has this job, blah blah....I was so upset and said, "wow you volunteer this information to your mom but me you couldn't tell?"
I am on the verge of kicking him out....Why would he not tell me but tell his mom?

So we've been together for almost 5 years and he is the father of my kids. His sister is getting married next September and has asked my fiance's Ex girlfriend to stand up in her wedding. They became friend's when he was with his ex. She hasn't yet asked her brother to stand up, but I have the feeling she will. She (his ex)has tried on several occasions to break us up at the beginning of our relationship and I just don't trust her or his sister. Keeping in mind that I was not a result of why they are not together. How should I deal with this? Should I be OK if they stand up in the same wedding? What if they stand up together?

Recently got out of a relationship, not even a month ago. Nothing bad contributed to the break-up, no cheating, no abuse, etc, more of me wanting it to go somewhere and him not wanting to commit or "get serious." (both 25) Now he is with someone else. We don't live in a small town but we run around in the same circles and somehow, everyone knows everyone and everything gets back to me.

I for one have NOT moved on after three weeks and am still in love. So how do you move on after you know the person you love is with someone else? I have a life, I stay busy, I go out with friends, but everything gets back to me and i KNOW i will bump into them sooner or later. I just feel hurt and used and discarded like I was nothing to him.

(please no rude or snotty answers... I'm sad enough as is)

My wife and I recently got into a arguement and to make a long story short. I found out that she lied to me and she had slept with one of the guys that I work with. This was before we were married and I know she didnt do it to me personally. But now I cant stop thinking about this and its ruining my thoughts of her all the time and I cant even lay in bed with her and not think about the things that happened. I dont know if im letting this bother me to much. I really need someone elses opinion. he has been on the suboxone program for 4 months now but he still snorts pills every chance he gets, i am really getting tired of this, at this point i am not really sure he wants to stop like he says he does, because if he did he wouldn't do them he would stick to the program i would think,someone please give me some advice because i am so discusted and confussed right now, he just laughs about it and says he won't do them anymore what should i do.

My boyfriend and I are most likely headed for marriage in the near future, however there is one problem. Neither of us wants children right now or anytime soon, but I would like to start a family by the time I'm 27 or 28 (im 21 now and my boyfriend is 29). He is pretty sure he never wants children because, although he is extreemly smart, he has a learning disibility that he is afraid to pass on. His disibility stoped him from graduating high school and caused him a lot of emotional pain growing up (he did get his GED, went to culinary school, and is now a successful chef.) I say that schools aren't as ignorant to disibilities now as they were when he was in school, and that people in general are more understanding of that sort of thing. Do you think that his fear is really substantial? What can I do? I want children someday but I want to have them with him.

I didnt see him asking for telephone numbers or anything....but it could eventually lead to that. (WE met online) Am I being insecure??

The girls I work with keep stealing my sequined G-Strings and matching tassels. Now, I can't prove who's doing it but I have my suspicions... I know she's jealous of how many dollars I get during my shift and how many loyal customers I have.

Whenever I take a client to the private VIP couch in the back, she follows me back there and tries to muscle in on my action! She even threatened one of my regulars once claiming to know his wife! I just can't take it anymore and I'm considering telling the owner that she's dancing on a fake ID. Even though she'll be 18 in 7 months, I think the owner just might make her take a couple days off for being less then forthcoming with him! Not having her around for a few days would sure be a nice vacation!

It's really horrible, and I can't really apply myself to my craft while there's this negative cloud hanging over me.

Any suggestions on how to handle this would be greatly appreciated!

I broke up with my ex end of last yr... well we just stop contacting each other so it wasnt a verbal breakup.
We havent met up for a yr but we still keep in contact with each other.
Today we are gonna go for dinner and i dunno if i should sleep with him or no. We always laugh and get along great, we are both very similar to each other...He's really gorgeous and i do find him attractive..but i dont know if i should make a move on him tonight?

My mom and stepdad got divorced years ago and she got custody and she kept the house (which she paid the down payment for and has paid the mortgage on for the last 6 years). My stepdad wants custody of my brothers because they are failing in school, and my mom is willing to give him custody so they can go to a better school but is afraid if she gives him custody he will try to take the house from her in court. Will a court allow something like that to happen? We live in Utah, and my stepdad has paid child support of about $500 a month for the last 6 years. He did not put any money into the house initially, but did pay the mortgage for the 3 or 4 years he lived there while he and my mom were married. Does he have any interest in the house?
