I'd say you're pregnant! OK, sorry - just trying to lighten the atmosphere a little. Seriously, it's time to speak to a professional counselor about your anger issues. Notice I did not say a marriage counselor - what I gather from your question's wording is that the issue is primarily yours. Mutual counseling might be in order later, but initially, you need to go find some help learning to deal with your reactions to perceived irritants. I bet your hubby isn't the only person you get royally pissed at with some frequency. Your county office of mental health can help you find a suitable counselor...

Could you be pregnant? Or did you just start a new birth control pill? Sounds like me when my hormones are out of wack. No matter what it is, call your doctor. It may be something simple like your body needs to adjust to a new medication or it could be more complex like depression. Either way, it wouldn't hurt to give them a call and make an appointment. Since it's not normal for you, you need to see someone. Good luck!

i think you just need to go to the doc and get a good check up, my wife went through the change early and she would do me the same way constantly, once she got through the change everything got back to normal, i just hope you got a patient husband or things could get pretty rocky or down right disasterest, youknow the big D even. but the doc might be able to fix you up with something to stabelize you mood swings, good luck and for your husband sake check in to it, you'll be glad you did.

Sounds like your not mad at him, but you're unhappy with your life overall, and you're taking it out on him because he's there.
It's not fair to him, and it's not his job to make you happy, it's your job to find happiness to share with him.
Try talking to family or friends to get to the root of the problem, because if you keep doing this, he will leave eventually.

One word...therapy. We can't tell you why you feel this way, only you can. You give us no specifics, thus we can't give you a real answer, not that we are shrinks. There is a reason why this is happening. If you can't figure that out, maybe a shrink can.

You don't say how long you've been married, or how old you are.
Regardless, counseling will help. Talking to each other will help too. Tell him how you feel.

Hormonal changes perhaps? or maybe you are angry about something else, and not talking about it, so every little thing is an issue.
