Marriage & Divorce - 1 November 2007

My husband and myself are married for 22 yrs and have one
child 21 yrs old. We always fight, and do not respect each
other love or care about each other. we have no communication
and trust in our mariage. We even had restraining order and
A & B charges and went to the court couple of times.
since we are seperated for 5 months and my husband want
to get together and it happened two years ago and i gave
him a chance to shape up and he wants to get together again.
I do not trust him, do not love him.

what does the reader think. Can this marriage be saved ?
by any means, agreement.
we are from Bombay India and we are brought up one man
for the rest of the life.

Hi ... I'd like to hear a female point of view on this please ... I've spoke to a few men about it and they all seem to agree that she is .... I'd like to believe that she isn't, but I think I'm too trusting for my own good ...

We got married in May. We're currently living on opposite sides of the country.
I constantly get accused of cheating myself even though I'm working roughly 16 hours a day from home.
About a month after we got married she told me I was crap in bed ... this dented my confidence a great deal ...
She text me at about 4am a few months ago telling me she had been unfaithful (she later said it was a lie but she constantly reminds me how much she 'loathes' liars).
When we're together we rarely have sex - she spent 11 days at mine recently and we had sex twice (after a lot of talk from her about how we should spice up our love life).
I was told yesterday that I'm boring. She never used to go out but now seems to want to go out all the time with her new friends.

My husband and i haven't had sex in months, not that our sexlife was ever that great but we made a commitment to work on it, but he just rejects me. On his computer are mostly transexual sites, also i found an e-mail to a transexual escort. I've been married twice, my second wife had an affair which I found out about and subsequently moved out and got a divorce. I met a new partner who is 10 years younger than me and we have been together for nearly 4 years now. She would like to get married, we are very happy together and I am happier than I have ever been. I am married but feel my husband just wants a house keeper. He will come home from work off load his problems get his tea handed to him and then sits watching first simpsons and then the soaps. He never takes an interest in what is going on in my life. Yesterday i had two really important meetings one with my employer and he never asked me how i got on. I know he has probably forgotten i had them as he forgets all my things all the time. Like had to go for an xray ( would have thought out of the ordinary ???) and again no query he forgot again. he seems superficial and most of the time we sit in silence while he watches tv. I dont feel he wants to listen to me and can hardly drag himself away from the tv when i do. Broaching the subject just involves him going away in a huff and turns his back on me. I feel very low about what happened at meeting yesterday but he doesnt notice, or in fact he does but doesnt ask as this would prompt discussion. what would you do?

Recently he had an email and they referred to him as a member sending him pics of potential matches, etc. I don't think he'd cheat, but he works long hours, and I sometimes wonder if he wants someone else. Alright so this is a follow up question. I posted a question about if you should love your mom or wife more and you got it twisted and made it about me I was asking you not about me. I know I love my mom more then anyone in the world she will always be there for me and that will never change no matter what you say. Now no one really answered What You define as a mommas boy. I dont live in the same state as my mother and from my definition I am not one so if you think I am give me a definition that fits that. I am independent live in an apartment , dont go running to my mom for everything can handle it on my own plus that would be a long run. I am hopefully gonna turn pro in boxing soon so I can quit my gay job. So my question is how do you define a mommas boy and why do you think your wife should come first over your mother who will always be there for you.

I have problem with my in law family. I tried to forgive and forget all the things they have done to me but it easy to say than done. I loved my husband so much but i just can't stand his family anymore especially my mother in law she such a pain in the ***. My husband knows about his mother attitude toward me but he didn't do anything about it because of his obligation to her. It hurt me a lot and sometime I really want to ask for a devorce and go far away from them. The only thing that stopped me is my daughter. Yes she the only reason for me to hold on and be patitence. But for how long?? I'm tired and each day I felt more depressed. My mother in law had done something teribble to me and I really want to take revenge on her but I can't if she still my mother in law and I know my husband won't let it. We have been married 17 yrs., but loosing spark. This person, has just made me feel so alive again, my only problem is my kids. If it weren't for my kids I'd be gone in a heartbeat, I cant stand to have my husband touch me, and can't wait for my "friend" to touch me. If you really loved someone would you do all you can to make things work with them even though they are dating someone else....(NOTE: They are only dating, no one is in a relationship here.)....Or would you just let the other person have them.

MY OPINION: If I really have feelings for them and they make the effort to show me that they really have feelings for me, then yes..who knows what could happen.
BUT, if they seem more interested in the other person than me...HELL NO.

taken the joy out of your life.She is mad at me because I would not allow her to talk on my phone having a derrogatory conversation about his wife as they were having problems. I told her I just didn't want that in my house. This is the third couple she has stuck her nose into their business causing all kinds of dissention and choosing sides. I told her that if she had to do that then talk to them both at the same time if you want to help so much(she really was in it for the gossip. She walked out on me and returned months later, asking to come back. I took her back, insisting on different bank accounts and not reintroducing her back to my son (from prev. marriage) who loved her. We're trying to work it out by dating and starting over, but its still in the back of my mind that she will leave again even tho she says she wont. Her family was very upset that she left me so now im thinking shes back just cause of them. I thought by starting fresh with everything it would clear my head and regain trust.
