I don't think that one is any worse than the other. The end result is still the same.

I am single woman that has never been married. However, I have pondered on this question before because I enjoy learning about human psychology. I think it is worst when your wife leaves you for another woman. Why?

1. There was no way you could have competed.
2. I would imagine that you would have felt even more decieved.
3. You feel used.
4. It is more hummiliating.
5. You question your masculinity even more so even if you are a confident male.

My two cents

If she left you for another man, because then you know he has something that you don't! There is no way you could possibly have given her what she sought after from another woman though, so you shouldn't feel quite as bad.

Both. Though her switching teams can be damaging to your manhood, because she's almost saying that she never even liked men in the first place. Sorry guy

sometimes people just can't help who they care about. Both scenarios are equally harsh because they are acts of betrayal.

Neither. You should be grateful that you don't need to waste any more time with someone who is wrong for you.
