Did you discuss it beforehand, or did it just come natural, and you don't have any set roles? I know things like chores aren't huge issues.....I guess i'm just interested in how married couples ease into living together, and get adjusted to it. Should you talk about everything before you even walk down the aisle, or is it better to just go with the flow and let things happen naturally?

I got home from work and got on the computer and I see a myspace page up, it was for some woman that lives in my area that I don't know. I asked my husband about it and he said its just some girl he knows and that i should "delete it". I emailed the girl and asked how she knows my husband. Did I do the right thing?

I was thinking in class today, what is it all for. we work so hard for what??? i cant think of a single reason i would want to live another day. They say after i get out of college, i will have such a great future. I have never seen a single happy person out of college. they first say marriage is the reason to stay alive. I have very little faith that a nagging woman who will quit having sex as soon as she gets the ring could make me happy. then they claim you will have all this money once you get your engineering degree. What am i going to use the money for if im all alone?? Are there any other reasons. i cant think of any???

Do you think some men are afraid or leary about posting their questions in this section of Y! Answers, fearing they may be looked down upon or judged? I've read a few questions now from men who seemed like they were almost scared to post, because they may have done something 'wrong' or looked down upon by some of the people Y! answers. Have you noticed this also? Comments, complaints, concerns?
Well, if you're one of these men, I'm here to tell you there's no reason to be leary about posting, as long as it's sincere there are alot of people out here who won't pass judgement on you. :)

Choosing between the love of your life (Who in love with you too) but is not mature enough the handle responsibilities, and the person you have "some" feelings for, but has a lot of things you look for in a person for a serious relationship.

Can anyone tell me the definition of contempt regarding divorce orders. Filed motion, served subpoena, went to hearing with proof of the violations of the order. One is a police report and another is an unpaid bill. The judge said there wasn't a preponderance of evidence proving the contempt. What was I missing? Could someone explain how the judge came to the conclusion that my ex wasn't in contempt by breaking the rules of the order? My ex had lots of excuses as he always does, but not a shred of "evidence" to back his words up.

I am just wondering if guys really do want to sow their wild oats and if this is true, how do they stay with one woman, how do they go against their supposed nature to want to have sex with every woman they see? I mean i know all men arent like this, but i guess my question is, would men cheat if they could not get caught-my fiance says he would never cheat even if he never got caught, and i belive him, at least i want to, but when he openly talks about wanting to be with all these women, or have sex with that person, looks at lots of porn, uses playboy magazines in front of me, and says other women are so hot right when i am there, not to mention flirting with my best friend and his best friends girlfriend, how do i make myself trust him--i mean i apparently trust him, we are engaged, but sometimes i worry, because ladies love him and he kisses butt and turns on the charm and when ladies come onto him in front of me, he acts like he does not know why? Any answers are appreciated!

My husband, an attractive (or would be!) man of 27, is grossing me out. He works in a factory and gets very dirty. He will go days without showering and I can count how many times he brushes his teeth a year on one hand. I hate kissing him. I tell him he stinks. I tell him to change out of his work clothes when he gets home. I ask him to brush his teeth. He just gets mad at me when I ask. Ive tried being nice about it and Ive tried nagging him about it. His hair is sticking up all over the place bc he hasnt had it cut in a long long time. He has gained a lot of weight but wears clothes too tight. He is really letting himself go. It is to the point where I am embarassed to be with him in public or with friends. What could be going on and how can I fix it?

My husband and I have been separated for almost 3 years now. We never filled out the paperwork to become legally separated though. We just havent had the money for the divorce or it would have been done 3 years ago. Now I am engaged to be married on July 7 2007. I have to get my divorce done within the next couple months. Someone told me though that I would have to get legally separated for 6 months in order to file for the divorce...anyone know if thats true? Thanks!

My husband left for another woman 1 year ago. About a month ago he started coming by to "see the kids." Then he started calling everyday to check in "with the kids." He then eventually wanted me to meet him for coffee. I thought that he would say that he is marrying the woman but he said that they broke up and he wants his family back. I didn't say "too bad" but I wanted to. I just said,"That is interesting" and that I would think about it. He then invited me to dinner. where we had drinks before hand in the restaurant bar. His girlfriend walks in with her female friends and she is shocked to see him. He says, "This is my wife." She smiles hangs out for a minute or two and leaves shortly thereafter. He said that he knew that she goes there every Thursday with her friends and he wanted to show me that he was choosing me. Should I give him another chance? I am dating but no serious involvement. I hated him for about 9 months but am over that. We have three kids under 8.

I don't remember having any kind of special relationship with my father, although I stayed with my parents for about 20 years. He was very abusive to my mother and to the kids too. But he would buy very expensive stuff for her and for us. Though he tried to be loving to us (kids) sometimes , I thought he was pretending and his attitude was very irritating for me, in other words I couldn't stand him, even now. I thought he was the most rude, cruel and selfish person on the earth. Of coures its more than 5 years that I am living in my house and visit my parents occasionally, but even for that short visit , my experinece is not very pleasant, because I don't like him at all. I love my mother, but don't want to visit her anymore because of my dad as they are staying together. My mother doesn't like him, but she just accepts what the life has to offer.
Please give me some advice, how to handle this situation.
