Does a husband have the right to demand sex from his wife?

My boyfriend is a very jealous person and he said he would kill me if I hurt him. The thing is he always accuses me. The other night I broke up with him, why, because I am afraid. I truly love this man with all my heart but if you tell someone you are going to kill them you have a serious problem. I live in a coed dorm and every night he tells me that someone is in bed with me when Iam completely alone. So i just ended it, i dont want to but its seems it cant be avoided. he cried and cried and told me how i will never find someone that treats me like him......he treats me ok but I love my life. What should i do my heart is in so much pain I want to cry but i am afraid it will hurt more. THis is the person i spent all my time with for 3 years, lost my virginity to and share so many memories with.

I can not pay alot of child support, or anything else? I live with my mom and she needs money, she works but I promised to help her, I left my wife after we had a baby to help my mom and now I wonder if a judge will realize I can not pay to much for my son or ex....what do you think?

I am wondering if a judge will think it is wrong that I do not call my ex to see how our 2 month old son is. I could just text to avoid fighting with her or even contact my ex's mom to see how my son is but i dont will the judge care?

Hey there, my boyfriend's divorce has been in process over a year and their agreement states she cannot move out of the state we live in. He is currently deployed and she went and took the kids back to her home state, and told him that she likes it better there and is going to file another motion to move. She has filed them before and they have been denied. So he is in the Persian Gulf, she has the kids in her home state, what can he do? They have an agreement, she can visit her state but not move there, and the children have to be here when he returns from deployment. I thought I would throw this out there and see if anyone knows what he can do. This is not my battle to fight for him I know. The divorce is not yet final.

My wife and I will be celebrating our 5 yr. Wedding anniversary this weekend. I'm taking her away for the weekend but still would like to get her a present. She has already said that she does not want anything for our weekend plans is costing a good amount of money and we just restored our kitchen that cost a pretty penny as well. In any case, I still want to give her something to show my appreciation. I've heard your 5 yr. has something to do with wood...I know what some are thinking..."Give her your wood"..lol!! Anyone have any other suggestions?

My husband of 10 years works construction and was on a job for 7 weeks and the whole time we talked while he was gone he acted normal and told me ho loved me and that i was his everything and he couldn't wait to get home. Also we just bought a new house and 4 acres of land are were planning on adopting in Jan of 07. He came home and told me that he had met another woman while he was gone and wanted to be with her and that he was leaving me. i was shocked. We had problems about 3 years ago but we dealt with them and have gotten along really well since. i thought things were better than ever so him saying he didn't love me anymore and was looking for something more was a total bombshell. Now keep in mind that he said this after he met her. He sold all his dogs and is moving closer to her. Totally not like him. He says she showed him what true love and passion is all about. Has he found true love that will last or is he going through a phase? Men and women help me out on this one.

My family is jewish and i was circumcised at birth. I have since left the jewish faith because i think its crap. I am now permantly mutilated because of what those basterds did too me. i can never forgive my parents for letting it happen. I feel that the best way to hurt them back for hurting me is too kill myself. Then they will suffer.

If not, how can I go about getting one on my own. I know there are requirements that must be met to qualify and I do. I just don't know how to get the proceedings started.

I have 2 kids and pregnant with our third... and my husband and I are best friends... but lately he has been leaving at the drop of a hat anytime anyone calls him to get out with him. He's fortunate enough that he's been able to keep his friendship with most of the people he knew in school but I on the other hand never get to get out with mine- and probably would have no idea how to even get ahold of them if I wanted to. He doesn't understand that I need him as company when I've been at work all day. He's just happy to have friends and to get out of the house... but it's turning into ALL the time. I feel like I have to check with his schedule before I can plan anything with him- and I'm always put behind his friends. He's 23 - is this normal?! I don't want to be the wife that "makes" him stay home but I want my husband back too. I don't want to be lonely. What do I do?

What you think of this situation! A wife and husband want to have a threesome with another chick. The wife has just met a female friend that likes her, and the wife likes her also. The wife claims that she doesn't want to sleep with another man, and the friend claims the same (she's engaged). The friend lives like an hour and a half away from the married couple, and the wife goes to see the friend when her fiancée is at work. Should the husband tell the wife she can't see the chick since this is a diode (one way) type of thing? DON"T NOT post answers like... the married couple shouldn't be doing things like that in the first place (though it will be inevitable that some of you will say something smart like that anyway).

If someone asked..."why did you get a divorce?"...(they are assuming)...would you tell them...or just say..."well, it is a long story. but it just didn't work out as we expected it too!"...because that is a very painful story to even tell...

Question to the people who said it's NOT ok for him to move in. What possible reason do you have for him not moving in while waiting for his divorce to become final?

My wife got pregnant from ex before getting married. As he wanted her to have abortion and she didnt, i stand by her and her decision because i was incredibly in love with her.
2.5 years gone and the father suddently reappears and wants to be involved. Now we have 2 kids. I found out by text messages on her cell phone and history on computer and always hid it from me. She was flirting with him because she said we were not going well together (right because of all the guilt she had she was avoiding me). Going to family therapist and she still not honest about it. Getting tired of it but strong for the kids not to suffer. He is a looser and broke (trying music business). If I cant deal with it anymore, will he have to pay for child support for his kid ? and me paying for mine ? can it play on my favor that they were flirting, that she was lying, that she has past with alcohol, drug, and psy probleme ?
thank you for ur help
