My wife got pregnant from ex before getting married. As he wanted her to have abortion and she didnt, i stand by her and her decision because i was incredibly in love with her.
2.5 years gone and the father suddently reappears and wants to be involved. Now we have 2 kids. I found out by text messages on her cell phone and history on computer and always hid it from me. She was flirting with him because she said we were not going well together (right because of all the guilt she had she was avoiding me). Going to family therapist and she still not honest about it. Getting tired of it but strong for the kids not to suffer. He is a looser and broke (trying music business). If I cant deal with it anymore, will he have to pay for child support for his kid ? and me paying for mine ? can it play on my favor that they were flirting, that she was lying, that she has past with alcohol, drug, and psy probleme ?

Nothing will play in your favor.
To try to escape child support for the other child, you will need dna testing. However, if the other guy is broke, the judge can still declare you responsible for support as the child is the number one priority.
Me, I would try to take custody of all 3 kids. But thats me.

He will have to pay support on his child as you will have to on your child and to prove the other child aint yours have a dna done.If the child is carring your last name you can have that chnged also after the dna is done to prove it aint your child. Have you fronted her up on this and showed her she is lieing and you busted the game. There is no way she can get out of it if you prove it. If she has used in the past really won't stand if she is clean now. But if you think she is still using have her hair cut or blood taken. No way of getting out of them two. My ex had it done to me. You are really better off with the blood though. There is shampoo she can get for her hair if she is still using take the child. Children don't deserve drug parents.Good luck

Why isnt he paying child support on his child now?? Did you adopt this child? If you did then you will be paying the child support. If you're going to get a divorce from her then any documentation you have will be helpful. Her past? Does she still have this problem.

Once paternity is established by dna testing, fathers will be responsible for child support payments for their child. However, since she seems to have strong negative issues, why not seek the advice of a competant divorce attny. Whereas you attain custody of your child (once proven) and let them do as they so choose with their lives.

Get a lawyer dump the ho, and sue for custody of your kid. Of course you don't stand a chance but hey it's worth a shot.

is he on birth cert? if its you then you ll be paying....regardless of who the dad is! but i say get rid of her.....shes sneaky! what else is she hiding? how can you live together without trust? leave or deal with her the way she is .....your gonna get burned! you were a father to another mans kid!!!!!!! & yet she has no loyalty to you.......are you kidding me!!!!! do you know how many girls would love a man to love their child as his own! so why waist your time on this girl man!!!!!! your gonna get burnt!!!!! you were warned!
