My dad is fine but he always agrees with my mom.

keep in mind that I'm 13 and I go to a private school. School was so bad for me at one time that my mom almost homeschooled me but I convinced her to let me stay because I still wanted to play clarinet in band.

-I'm not allowed to go to the mall or movies (because the movies are in a mall) with my friends even though there's always one or two moms watching us. My mom can't watch us because she has to go to college during the nights.
-I'm not allowed to go on school field trips by myself. She has to chaperone.
-I have to hold her hand while crossing the streat.
-not allowed to wear make up (which I'm okay with since I don't like make up anyway)
-not allowed to date until I'm 18. I'm okay with not dating for now but I'm gonna get really mad at my mom if she doesn't let me date by 10th grade. I'm a Christian and I've already promised to be abstinent until marriage so I don't know what the problem is.
How do I get her to trust me?

My friend turned up preggo last week - a blood test at her gyno, so we know it's legit.

She told the MM (Married Man) about this, and he didn't really seem to have much of a reaction. He went with her to a Dr. appt. (her idea - to make it more 'real' for him, as it hadn't really sunk in yet), and now he is encouraging her to get an abortion. She is on the fence about this decision, and I am trying to help her make a good choice, but no resolutions yet.

The weird thing, is that MM told his wife about this, and SHE DOESN'T CARE. Not at all. She was very nonchalant about the whole thing.

I am so confused! I am trying to be my friend's support system through this time, so I am trying to get my head around it. How could his wife just have to reaction? I don't get it.

How can I be the best help to my friend now?

Married last year and I have a 6 year old daughter and a 6 year old step daughter and 17 year old step-son. The X husband is a so so good guy. Very tight with the money! We pay for 90% of the children. Here is the major problem: step-son is smoking pot, lying, and stealing from us. We have caught him and this has been happening for a year now. I finally had enough and made him go live with his father. Now it seems I am the bad guy cause I don't want him around the two 6 year olds. I do not trust him one bit. He lies so much, when his mouth is open, it is lies. The parents have always never made him mind, now I am being the hard person on him, and he has thanked me many times. Now he knows I mean business and my wife feels she has to go see him elsewhere or go to dinner with him if she wants to see him at all. That is not what I want! I just want her to stick by what she says, I have been her backbone since she cannot stick to her word. Am I wrong here, what do I need to do? Help!!

So far I have racked up over $6,000 in lawyer fees & that is settled is custody & parenting plan. Our lawyers are currently arguing child support. I am drained & want to be done. I left a house I lived in for over 9 years & my husband farms. But he said there isn't much to give me.
When I left I took everything I wanted out of the house. He wasn't left w/much. I took my Explorer which we paid on for 2 years & traded for a Taurus. He offered $15,000 @ 6.5% interest which he will pay in $200 mthly payments until the balance is paid in full. Also agreed to $600 mth for child support for our daughter. He wants this locked in until the settlement is paid, then we can reassess child support if need be. And he agreed to paying her medical insurance, all future medical bills, dental (w/the exception of preventative) & her ortho expenses as she will need braces. I keep my student loan debt & IRA ($3400). I told him if I agreed I would use his lawyer so I no longer rack up lawyer bills.

My mom and me always have dissagreements. Lik if i want to go to the movies with my friends and my brother wants to come then he will. but i never get to spend time with my friends and i always spend time with my brother. and my mom always says "if your brother has friends over then he will let you hang out with him. but no he won't!!!!!!!! he always says go away. and stuff like that. she always gets mad at me. and it feels like she doesn't even lke me anymore. i can not talk to her about it because she only thinks her oppinion is right so please help!!!!

I am friends with a couple whp have 7 kids...they adopted 4 and 1 was from her previous relationship... Madison (9), Alexis (8), Kyle (6), Keith (4), Lynda (3), Lisbeth (3), Trinity (4 months)...

He adopted Madison..who is hers from another relationship...so who will get Maddy? And who will get Aelxis, Kyle, Keith, Lynda, Lisbeth, and Trinity? And will they be split up? Both parents are Orthodontist and have good homes so it wont be a matter of where they will be better off. And they do not want shared custody...they want either all or none.

Me and my gf went out for half a year, broke up, and then got back together. we only broke up for two months, and that was cause of a mix up. when we were getting back together she admitted that basically, she'd been the type of girl that had a one nighter hear or there. not excessive. like once every six months. but she said she would get the urge for a make out or more with the wrong type of guy about once a month, usually right before her period, and about every six months she'd cave. i asked her if she ever cheated, and she said not on me.

Compared to me, she is a realy sexual person. sounds unusual that the girl would be more sex driven then a guy, but in this case its true. I’m busy and tired a lot, and just more easily satisfied I guese.

now - i never told her this, and it sounds sick, but the thought of her hook up is intense for me. In fact, the though of her being the wrong type of a girl is intense. Like being with a sexual rockstar. like a turn on. i fantasize about it. what happened. etc.

I’ve breached the topic, and talked about the possibilities, but when we were fooling around - and I act like its dirty talk I’m doing for her benefit - like to make sure we take of her itch before or after she goes out with her freinds.

i realy realy want to give her the go ahead to do it again. call me crazy, and i'll admit it. i want to give her a rubber, and say use at your pleasure. Like, she’s not a ho, so it won’t be like she’ll be doing it every time she goes out, but in the rare time when she really feels it, I want her to feel like she can without ruining our relationship. For me, I think the risk, and not knowing, and the cahcne something is hoppening is HOT!!!!!

I want to tell her but I’m worried about her reaction.

what do you think of a person who just likes the chase -immediatley detaches emotionally once they get what they want. Relationship-wise, for example: if a guy and a girl were continuously flirting with each other, and there were sparks all over the place, but when they finally get together...nothing. it's lame and undesirable for her. I just got divorced. I'm 26..he's 30..never been married. We've been talking not quite a month. He says he wants to be fwb & see where it goes. He said he knows we have to be careful since I just got divorced. We've hooked up twice. We've been talking &/or texting everyday. He's told me a couple of times that he misses me. He's gotten to where he doesn't text as often....& he hardly ever calls anymore...we just talk thru text. I told him yesterday that if he didn't have plans or anything we could do something & he said that he feels like he's getting sick. I know he could be telling the truth....but he could also be lying. I haven't heard from him since last night. He has told me before that he doesn't want to scare me or fall for me too fast but that he thinks of me alot. Many times out of spite he has said/done the most awful of things, ever since I can remember. A few examples are:

As a child he once told me that my oldest 2 sibling were wanted. Myself any my younger brother were “just f**king accidents”.

The dog was more important than me. It earned its keep guarding the house. Until I got a job and started contributing I was worthless (I was about 13 at this time)

A few months ago, after chemotherapy, my bald head sort of left me feeling my girlyness had been taken from me, so I started using a lot more makeup and had my ears pierced. He told me it made me look like a “f**king common sl*t.”

The latest spit, after an argument on virtually a non-issue, he stated “I hope that cancer kills you and I hope it does the c**t fast.”

For some reason this time I didn’t get upset. I didn’t even feel angry, I just thought no father of mine would say something like that. He's not my dad, he's just the man who shagged my mother.

This guy is so confusing! I don't know if he's being REALLY friendly or if he wants something more. Take note that we could be called "friends" but I barely know him really. And he acts like we are really close. I asked if he had a girlfriend and he said yes. Here's what's been going on:

He's ALWAYS staring at me A LOT
Going out of his way to talk to me
He asks me lots of questions about myself
Calls me "Miss"
We always smile at each other
Opens doors for me and smiles
Talked for 2+ hours in the library, did not stick to homework
Fidgeted and seems nervous at times
Moved next to me in class

Always makes an effort to talk to me...
I invited him to go to a play and he went the day I asked if he was going...

He calls me on my cell phone and asks how I am doing
