We haven't seen each other in 15 years. We're both each others' "fishing story" - you know, the one that got away...
We married other people, I'm still married, he's not.
Any hints on how to handle it all?

So here is a situation with my husbands family.
They live on a west coast, and we live on the east coast. We are not very close and except for occational phone call during the holidays, we do not interact.
For the past 5 years we pretty much have been exchanging gift cards for Christmas through mail, and this year I am up to the point where I've had enough.
Just seems like a waste of everyone's time.

What would be a nice way to say: Let's just cut this out, let's go and buy ourselves something nice and pretend it's our gifts, since that's what's going on anyway.

Any thoughts?

i have just found out that i am pregnant and i am so scared!i am going to have an abortion but i do not no how i am going to cope with it all, my boyfreind of 2years does not want to no. but yet he has 2 other kids with 2 girls and at the time they were not wanted but when it comes to me and our child he tells me to get rid of it, and in the future maybe try again. its not the right time at all. i dont no if i am being selfish when it comes to feeling bad and as much as i love him i hate him, and he does not understand what i am about to put my body and emotions through! i hate myself but i have to do it, but i am so scared what am i going to do??

Hi, this 25 y/o guy I went on 4 dates with is asking me out to be his gf just to have sex with him. I didn't though. He went as far as claiming he is a virgin and asks me to crash over. He lied n played with my emotions at first and said he likes me. I found out his female friend (i know her) told him how i treated her cousin bad when we went out in HS, so she wants him to play me and she tried to convince me he is a good guy and not a player. They are plotting a subliminal payback. This sounds crazy but i am shocked too. Now, he is so desperate since he put in effort already, he says he is falling in love with me and he thinks i am buying it. Him and the grl think i'm so dumb i'm falling for his crap. How can i make him feel like crap? If he calls, should i ignore his calls or pick up & tell him "sry, i'm not interested in u" or confront "i know ur trying to get into my pants" but he will only deny? Or should i tell him he is a CREEP?

Please help me help a friend in her situation.

She and this guy have been dating for half a year already. She recently found out the guy has been cheating on her. She has been receiving messages in her cellphone and in myspace from 3 different girls claiming to be her bf's girlfriends.

My friend confronted her bf, and he admitted those girls are really his girlfriends. Funny thing is: my friend is the most recent gf [the 4th gf, that is].

She's so upset but is torn between fighting for her man [to be "the last girl standing" as she would put it] and letting go.
I told her to let go, but she's badly inlove. How can she let go? How should she go about this case?

How can I convince her that she's better off without the guy? Please help me.

As soon as you cross the line with getting feelings involved in the friends with benefits things then I think that maybe you have broken the deal. Obviously I don't want a relationship with you at this time or I would of pursued that earlier. Can you stay friends with benefits for an extended amount of time or do they all eventually go by the wayside?

ok this is how it started....i got an autograph book and i gave it to all my friends to write about themselves and then sign.....they all wrote in it. Then i gave it to some of the boys in my classroom. they r very frank with us and tell us everything. OK there was this one boy and he had an affair with a girl...our skool teachers found out and he was expelled for 2 weeks. when i meet him he told me he wasn't married we went out a couple of times though me snooping around i found a business card with that said pastor his name and a women name with the same last name. when i confronted him about be married he still deined being married until i told him i called his wife then he confessed. one of my ways to keep in toch with my wife is to talk about happy memories and it worked thanks to yahoo.answer- i used the advices of people- but when i talk about anything else i find no reacting.




is there anything else i can use more than talking about our lovely past. i tried many things to use to start a conversation with my wife like jokes, kitchen, furniture etc but no interests? i need to make our relation more powerful. she forgived me and i know that she loves me and i love her more.

I think im scared to have sex. Everytime im with a guy we do everything but when it comes to sex i chicken out. I make up an excuse like im on my period even though im not. I lost him exactly one year ago. It was the day after his 60th birthday, and cancer literally ate him away to nothing. It was horrible. Worse, I kept hoping he would get better, and put off talking to him, because the illness (that he hid for 2 years!) changed his personality so much. Before that, we used to talk nearly every night on the phone, sometimes for hours (both of us single).The only positive thing is that I met my now-husband just before I found out he was sick, and he became my lifeline and confidante insted of my Dad. If that hadn't happened, I don't think I could have borne the loss of him at all.

The problem is, whenever I think about him, it hurts SO badly, so deeply, and it never gets better. Is a year too soon? Will it hurt less, ever? I feel like my soul is being destoyed every night when I lay down to sleep. I keep searching my memory for how I could have saved him (he refused to go to the Dr for a year), words he said that I should have treasured & didn't. Help!

My moms birthday is the 26th and Im trying to find something really nice to do for her on this special day. As you get older the birthday fun sorta rushes to a hault. For her birthday my dad is going to take her out to lunch, but that seems pretty boring to me.

I want to either get her something OR do something for her that is totally original.

2. Watching kids while parents go out etc....
3. Sweet Poem etc (did this on mothers day)

Info about us: Im 24 and she's turning 46. Altogether we have a decent relationship but I havent exactly been on her "GOOD" side these last few weeks. ANY HELP WOULD DO.........
