I know you feel bad for asking him to write in your autograph book, but you didn't force him. Don't feel guilty because of what he wrote. He chose to write down what he did. He has to be responsible for his own actions and accept the consequences.

I'm afraid he has dug his own grave on this one. He should have learned from the first experience.
If it makes you feel better, it isn't your fault. He did it, both times. It was his choice to write what he did.
You shouldn't have passed the autograph book around in class--it would have been better to do it during lunch or free time--but that's minor.
You really can't intervene. It's sweet of you to want to, but he's got to face this one.
He could be suspended, but I doubt if they would permanently expell him over this.
When I read your question I was afraid you might have gotten pregnant or something like that. This is nowhere near that bad, so be thankful for it.
Oh, it's okay to feel bad, but it sounds like he's forgiven you so you should forgive yourself.

Sweetie, no need to feel guilty. You did nothing except for buy a book. HE had an affair, HE got expelled, and HE wrote nasty comments. Just because the book was yours doesn't mean it's your fault.

Where are you from? I'm asking because in the West (and I meen in the loosest way possible) it's highly unlilkely to get expelled from school for just writing sexy comments in a book... I meen common its called freedom of speech, and it's none of your teacher's bussiness...

How many slaps on the wrists does this boy want before he finally learns that he can't do whatever he wants?
Also, you must be in a very strict school cause we had sex in highschool and there was nothing the teachers could do about it. And when I mean in highschool i don't literally mean we had sex in the school.

Tell the principal the truth and take responsibility for it. Have some mercy for the guy's parents.

What can you do now? Maybe he should have just signed his name. You didn't have anything to do with him writing what he wrote. He should have known better.
-Sorry.
