I can understand how your boyfriend feels. You must be an especially awesome woman to him, which makes him feel inadequate for you. When you care about someone greatly, you only want what's best for that person, even if it means the ultimate cost. I think that's how your boyfriend is feeling right now.

You should just make sure he knows just how you feel about him. He's obviously not secure right now and the only one who can patch him up is his woman! Make him understand that his feelings of inadequacy are unwarranted because you think he's just as special to you as you are to him. Make him feel like he's just as amazing to you as you to him! Only you can raise his spirits again!

Good luck and best wishes.

Now my present bf has said that too....well..just like you i keep saying that all is right for me & am not asking anything to change. am beginning to think that iam too good for them or am falling into wrong guys. (i believe in neither of the two- hey! i love my man for who he is & why cant he see that?)

he is either playing a game on you so keep your eyes wide open, think about this how long have you and this guy being involved and what suddenly has changed his mind about you as a perfect couple and how long has he been saying this to you. and do this again find in you if you're not getting too comlex for him coz some guys get nervous when such changes occur on girls.

It's either you guy has a very low self-esteem and is insecure about your status [social status or whatever], or he's making up an excuse to break up with you.

Sorry for that.

Okay when a guy says it's not you it's me. That means it's you!
When a guy says you deserve someone much better then him, it means that he is interested in someone else who is much looser then you are!!

He is unsure of himself or he is planning to leave you.. but we don't know for sure so ask him direct what he meant by that.

The thing is - those are just cop-out lines. Maybe you can try to ask him what is trying to tell you under those lines.
