I separated from my husband and met someone a few months later. We've been together for 8 months. He caught his wife cheating on him. To add, she gambled and was in serious debt. this happened 5yrs before we met.He stuck around for his kids who were 2 & 6 at the time of the affair. He was afraid of losing his kids, and his money, to her. Law is always on the side of the mother. He's still living in the family home and has filed separation papers, which she is still to sign. He says if he stays away from home, for even 1 night, it's considered 'desertion' and he may lose his kids over this - is this true? Says he loves me & wants a life with me....but we're still no better off, than when we first met. I've given him an ultimatum and have decided not to see him until he resolves this separation. Is there a chance he's really working on it & and is he right about deserting his children, when he stays with me for 1 night????I do love him...but I'm sticking around to get hurt.

My soon to be ex-husband had his weekend with the kids this weekend. I told him that I needed to have the kids back by 3pm today. He has told me that he will not give them back to me and that they are going to live over there with him, his gf and her husband. The 3 adults all sleep in the same bed and my 7yo knows all about it. I am worried about my kids being over there in that type of situation. We all live on an Army Base in the US. Nothing is written on paper to the visitation agreements. Is there anything I can do if he doesn't bring them home at 3pm? PLEASE HELP!!!!

ok well I met this guy on facebook threw the "meet me" section its where if u watn to meet someone click yes and all you see is a picture. If they click yes then u can message them. i'm a college girl, 19 years old. i have been seeing my current boyfriend for 9 months now. the deal is, 5 years ago (we were both 14 back then) we also had a relationship. things started to go down hill then after a year and a half and this other girl (sarah) started contacting him a loooot. she was always on AIM with him and stuff like that. at that time i started acting sort of b*tchy to my boyfriend because i was terrified. because i had changed so much, he started liking sarah and ended things with me. he then went out with her for 2.5 years. and a year or so later, i got back together with him.
the problem here: that girl sarah is pretty much a sl*t and is now going around hitting on my best girlfriend's boyfriend. she tells him how my girlfriend and i are silly sl*ts and liars that just don't like her because we think (!!) he stole my guy back then. she also said that my boyfriend was the one coming onto her back then, not the other way around.

I have been with my boyfriend for a year and a month, and it seemed like once we hit the first year...we just could not stop getting at each others throat. I'm in Canada and I've been talking to this guy in New York for a while and he recently came to Canada so we could finally meet. I mean we talk everyday. He told me he loved me and I the same. He went bak to NY and has called me to tell me he'd be back again.I really do love him and do believe he loves me. He was great with my kids and everything. The chemistry between us was amazing. He told me that he hasn't been with anyone intimately since we decided to give this a shot. I just want to know if anyone has really succeeded at this long distance relationship thing. I want to know ways that I could convince my ex-boyfriend to take me back. Alright about 3 years ago, I met this guy at school and we went out on a date, I originally met him at school. I usually find myself attracted to older guys because they are more mature and don't play as many games as alot of younger guys. I'm 24, I've got my own place, no kids and he says it's rare to find those qualities in a girl my age. He on the other hand lives with the mother of his son, but that's his situation that I don't pry too much into. He's nice, but he's starting to get really corny to me and we just met up again after 3 years. I'm not looking for a relationship, but I feel like he may be, he comes over and tells me what he's NOT going to do. He likes to smoke cigarettes and marijuana, which I stopped smoking to better my appearance. I want him to go outside each time he smokes, but he doesn't like to. He tries to purposely leave certain things over my house so he has a reason to come back and he's getting annoying. Need to give him the deuces advice?

Gratuitous violence for the sake of a storyline, or explicit sex between two people on televison or a movie screen? I have been dating the same guy for 4 years. I am only 17 and I know that 4 years don't mean a thing when you young, but I think I am loosing him. I have gained some weight and now I notice that he is always checking out other girls. HE NEVER did that before. we did a play together for 3 months, and saw each other almost everyday. But I don't know that much about her. We usually didn't talk exclusively to each other, by which I mean we did talk one on one, but more common it was usually a group conversation. Se helped me with my hair and putting on my eyeliner (not my choice, my director wanted it). We've already printed our wedding invitiations (Doing them ourselves...some of you have seen, those who haven't go to www.chesneyandjason.com and click on our invitiations...the password is invite)

Anyways. We have a small amount of room as you can see on the vellum part of the invite. I copied and pasted directly from a website that does wedding invitiations...There was a comma missing between the dates and I didn't catch as I wasn't the one printing them. My fiance also had to arrange the wording so everything would fit. Well we took it thanksgiving to show his aunt and she pointed out all the mistakes (as she is a teacher).. the comma is missing..ok....she also said that the date should be on the same line and we should take the zipcode out...oh and leave our wedding website off of it..because it's incredibly tacky.

Men, should I go for alimony???
*My husband wanted me to close my business to help him run his, he never paid me.
*In our 7yr relationship there have been other women - no I never returned the favor. One of them recent (22 yrs old)
*He controlled the money.
* He lied to me about how much $$ we had.
* He gambled away plenty & lied about that too.
* He didn't pay the bills so everything is gone
* He wouldn't watch his stepkids (good ones that call him Dad) in the evenings so that I could work
* He left us in a very rural area w/ no phone, car, $$, or food
* He didn't pay the mortgage on the house that my Mom gave us and the bank repo'd it 2 weeks ago.
* He won't even admit to all that he has done, tries to justify it instead
* He was only loving when he wanted something
* He never "made love" to me, only talk dirty kind of sex
Now I want a divorce, do I or do I not deserve alimony or something. His business is about belly up to and he is being sued by several clients.
