I firther told them that they dont become common law wives in america until after six years. It can't be considered adultry if both parties (hus & wife) believe this way. If it is even just his cultural background and she goes along with it and can live with it, then it is between them.
Personally, not me.
I remember reading how Desi Arnaz had prostitutes and in his culture it was meanliness sex, therefore it was not adultry. Broke up him and Lucy, but just to show that all cultures are as different as the people and no single one is right.
