Stepfather but not legally connected.. Unless you let him adopt you and take his last name.. Then he is legally responsible for you to a point, as any parent would be to their biological child.

Yes, they are your stepfather.... The down side to this situation is if "He" has kids, There may be favoritism towards "His" kids.... You could be left feeling left out, less important, not as smart as, they might have a "degree", you might not have one... "His" kids have grand kids, yours dont even get acknowledged...They may even "Boast and Brag" over "His" kids to you..... and say nothing about yours!!"His" kids are "THE ****", you are not important.... Dang, you opened up a can of worms.... lol

Yes they are your stepfather. You probably still have a natural father who is your next of kin along with your mother. The step father is not your next of kin unless he formally adopts you.

Yes, they are your stepfather. Look at it this way...when you become 18.....are your mom and dad still your mom and dad? Yes, they are, so therefore, he is still your step-dad. That doesn't mean he has any rights over you, but he is considered your step dad.
