I have been dating the same guy for 4 years. I am only 17 and I know that 4 years don't mean a thing when you young, but I think I am loosing him. I have gained some weight and now I notice that he is always checking out other girls. HE NEVER did that before. Its breaking my heart and I want to maybe leave him, but he tells me that he really loves me and that he doesn't want to be with out me, however, he also tells me that my weight bothers him and that is why he looks at other women. So what should I do, let him look at other women and stay by his side, or let him look at other women without me in his life?

sweetie ..how can he look at other women if hes in love with you ...should your weight really make that much of a difference to him ? i know its gonna be hard but the 2 of you need to move on and if in some time you guys stil want to be together you cant get back together but i think its over between you 2 ...and if he was in love with you the weight wouldnt matter and i think hes shallow ...and come on 4 yrs ago you were 13 and now your 17 ...you havent put on weight stupid ...your filling out !! you cant expect your body to be the same at 13 and 17 ...its called puberty ....i think this guy is shallow ...but its your life ..but u know deep down what really going on ....good luck

That's a sad story. Well, you should talk to him more about it. Does he feel uncomfy with your weight becuase of your appearance or is it becuase he's worried about your health? You need to know. Don't just go with,"I look at other girls becuase I feel uncomfrotable." That just doesn't cut it.
I'm sorry that you feel heartbroken. But when he says he loves you and doesn't want to be without you, does he truly mean it? This could become a really bad habit if it already isn't. [Checking out girls, I mean]. You don't want to feel that way all your life, do ya? Try to striaghten things out once and for all. If not now, then you'll be mroe heartbroken later on.

My husband doesn't look at other women around me, and if he did, it wouldn't bother me, but the fact that it bothers you and he hasn't even tried to stop or apologize for it, means he sucks ,and you don't need him. His excuse is full of sh!t, he sounds selfish if you ask me. He doesn't want to let you go, but he wants to do what he wants. Leave the looser and find you someone better

talk to him and tell him that you dont care if you have gained weight your still HIS girlfriend. and if he still dosent do anything loose him cus hes a jerk !
