I urge you NOT to date until your children are out of the house. There are countless tales of predators who date women and hurt the young children. Sounds dramatic, but you shouldn't really want to take that chance.

Girl there area plenty of men out there that will date you regardless if you have children or not !!! You just have to look for the more "mature" men that are available and whatever you do make sure this guy isnt a creep there is to many of them out there to want to look LOL...You will be fine as long as you mention to them that you do have 2 wonderful children at home..As well remember if the kids dont like this guy IT WILL SHOW and you SHOULD LISTEN to what your children have to say.

I'm also a single with 2 kids my x wife left in 98 Ive took care of them my self my girl is going to college now my son is 12 he was close to 3 we have always hope but you know i always say there is some one out there never give up

There are lots of men that will date you. There are men that will date a woman with 3 or 4 kids. I must admit, they are hard to find, so don't settle for just anyone. You have to think of your kids as well when selecting a partner.

Of course there are. You just have to look harder and be more selective. Your best bets will be for friends or family to introduce you to someone or for you to take up a hobby you enjoy that will get you out in public more.
