Can I live on my own making 13.50 an hour at 40 hours a week?

There is usually a way to make it happen. But before you move out set a budget, plan for incidentals, and know what to expect. You just have to budget your life, and if its not enough then get a second job, or a higher paying one. However if you life with parents, and can stay with them, I would suggest doing that and going to school for a carrier while you can.

absolutley dude i make 11 an hour before taxes i have a 1 yr old daughter a car payment and rent and bills u can def do it unless u have expensive habit(s)

You can do it if you're careful and don't have expensive habits or dependents. You might need to live in shantytown though.

My guess would be no! You might be able to pay the bills, but you won't have much if anything left over for yourself or any incidentals.
