I have a happy marraige but my husband and I work and invest and work very hard to achieve this. I hear more and more and more couples who are married getting divorced, cheating on their spouse even on line, why are a lot of marriages unhappy?
How does a couple on thier wedding day filled with happiness and joy and love to I hate you and I dont love you anymore?
It is almost that marraige has become an option instead of a priority. Do you think there are more happy couples or unhappy couples now a days?

My husband has a habit of asking me "Are you Ok? You sure?" during sex. And he doesn't ask just once or twice, but several times (I counted 11 times on just ONE occasion). It really ruins the mood and makes me uninterested in finishing. I've told him, MANY times, that its ruining it for me and to please stop, but it continues. I just don't understand how he can't tell that I'm perfectly fine during sex, especially with the heavy breathing, moaning and huge smile I usually have on my face. And if for some reason I'm not OK, I'd tell him to stop. Please help me...I want to enjoy sex again!

so he tells me I should go home and get a nice bottle of wine out and pour a glass and then take a nice bath to unwind. he then went on to tell me how he was going to unwind after he got off work (we both had a tough day today) Was this a hint? Should I have asked him to join me (for the wine- not the bath) or was he just making conversation?

i need help. I have a younger brother and sister and an abusive dad. he get's easily tempered, yells and sometimes gets abusive. it's been occuring more often now, but today it really scared me. he was yelling at my brother for wetting the bed and my sister told him that it's not his fault. she said it was my dad's fault for yelling at him and cursing at him. he became furious and almost killed my sister. he was attempting to slap her an my sister kicked him. my dad became furious and tried choking her and pushing her against the wall. it was scary, my brother came running out all scared. but like 10 mins later, he was normal and acted like nothing ever happened. i really need help, i don't want to turn him in because it would ruin our family, i don't know where to send him to get help. im afraid one day he'll really kill one of us. i think he's abusive because of his past, he also had a very abusive childhood. what should i do. please help.

My sister has been acting real weird lately. Like she gets this whiney attitude about me and my whole family and treats me and my family like we are retards or something. Usually, i dont take s**t from 12 year olds like her, but its gone way to far this time. Usually this stuff teporarily happens to her(she has has emotions) and its gone in a few days, but this attitude shes been getting really bothers me. For example, everybody acts different around their friends when their family is around, but my sister acts like shes tougher than me and like she can tell me what to do and when to. In my lifetime, I've seen some crazy stuff out of her, and I mean really really crazy, but this is a whole new level. I'm not a pussy or scared or anything like that, but my sisters only 12. Is this normal for a 12 year old girl to be acting like this around a 16 year old brother or what? I have been leaving her alone and not done a thing to her. Is this normal, or is something wrong?

I am a senior in high school and there is this really beautiful girl there. I really like her, but I am way to shy to actually talk to her. I dont have her in any of my classes but she is in my lunch period. I know that she is single right now, but I have never talked to her. I think i'll freak her out if I suddenly try to start talking to her. I need help.

A great marriage requires a good deal more than a ceremony ending with a kiss and a certified license. A great marriage demands nonstop nurturing, mutual attention, constant cooperation, joint effort, abundant affection, two-way communication, and a heaping helping of hard work.

Wherever you turn, you see marriages dissolving into divorce; couples once head over heels in love now snarl and snipe at one another.
Whether you are newly married or celebrating your golden anniversary, the gentle reminders that i will post in this section will assist you in strengthening your commitment to your mate and creating a great marriage--a marriage made to last "'til death do us part."

What steps can you take to protect your marriage against such fate?

Ok theres this girl in my class who sits one seat away from me. She always sits in that seat and in between usually any random girl sits there or no one at all. Ok one day I sat there and when she entered the class, she paused, stared at me and then went to the back of the class...

Ok in that class I talk to a lot of people and be friendly with them. As for her she speaks briefly and doesn't have a specific friend in that class. Sometimes I see her sitting alone under a tree on her laptop. Sometimes she walks in the class with her hood on. Shes kinda weird but I would be her friend. I've never wronged her ever, we don't know each other too except we're classmates.

So what do you think is going on? Thanks for reading.

These days at my school, everyone's all depressed and they say they're going to commit suicide and they put this on their facebooks and profiles and then they come to school the next day with bandages on their arms and when people ask about them, they just say they don't want to talk about it. And then later, they're complaining about how nobody cares about them and how their heartbroken. Just recently, my parents got a divorce and my mom's been trying really hard to get a job and I told my friends this and they felt sorry at the moment and then a day later, they're complaining about how their boyfriends broke up with them(again) and I think they've already forgotten whats going on with me. I need someone to talk to. What should i do? thanks if you're actually reading this.
