well.. if your a girl. then here are a few tips for flirting with a guy you like (dont flirt with every guy):
- Play with your hair when you talk to him
- touch his shoulder/hand when you lean in to tell him something
- smile, laugh with him
- make eye contact
if your a guy
- compliment her
- play around with her (playfully put your arm around her, or hold her hand(s))
- Joke with her
- touch her hand/arm when you lean in to talk to her

Flirting properly has to do with complimenting the lady...Comment on how nice she looks, how pretty her eyes are , how pretty she looks when she smiles.....

say someone is looking super cute, or pretty, basicly flatter that person. joke around and hold their hand(s) or put your arms around them. make super long eye contact and if they blush then wiggle your eyebrows. most of all, dont get nervous. hope this helps!
