Yea we've all done it at one point and most of the time its for good reason. As long as no one is hurt physically over it everyone involved will be fine honestly.

i hate when i do that it makes me feel soo alone
i also had 2 do that with my ex bestfriend but because he had issues that i cant talk about its just not right
and i know i did talk about him behind his back and im sorry but it doesnt make me any better of a person then he is
