Find a local horse rescue. They usually will take in horses in your situation... You will not get money for them, but at least the horses will be given good homes.

Now, if this was me??? I would say screw the new boyfriend and tell him that he needs to move to my area since his area does not allow horses!
As for the abusive Ex.... do the restraining order thing and every time you see the Ex around, call the police right away telling them that your Ex is violating a restraining order

I know that some organizations that work with autistic children have programs involving teaching children to ride horses. You might look into those programs and donate or see if they would like to purchase your horses.

I will take care of your horses. I have boarded, trained, and broke quarter horses for shows. I will feed them and clean up their stalls. Where are your horses?
