Background: Married 8 years, 2 daughters (6+7 years old), I moved 3932 miles to be with him, now live in a foreign country.
This morning was just not a good morning. My oldest daughter is home sick with acute tonsillitis which sparked an argument between my husband and I.
I never nag to my husband or ask him for much of anything. Every morning I make sure everyone is ready on time. I lay out my daughters' clothes for school, make sure both their school bags are packed, make everyone (including my husband) lunch for their lunchboxes, make breakfast, get everyone up and out the door, etc.
My husband has the habit of getting out of bed late, despite me telling him to get up 5 times. Then he blames me!
The only thing I ask of him is to drop our daughters off at school because it is on his way to work. He acts like he should be rewarded Father of the Year for this one act.
Well this morning, I dared to ask him to do one more favor for me. Continued...

I've been seeing this guy that I met through a friend, and he seems really nice (plus, he came with good recommendations from my said friend). However, recently he (the guy I'm seeing), told me about his friend (frat boy) who got his car spray-painted by an anonymous person. Then he went on about how it could have been the rival frat, but that he knew a few people who hated the leader of the frat. Then he said "I met these ugly girls who hated the frat leader. But it probably wasn't them, because ugly girls usually don't do anything but... sit around and be ugly, and one of them was really fat"..... I found this sort of immature and mean, so I responded (in a half-joking way), " That's so mean hehe..." and the guy answered back, "well I'm just being honest..."
OK. Everything was going pretty good until he said those mean things about those girls.
Does this make him a bad guy?

We are recently married and he just spent a lot of money on a new computer. Now he spends up to 5 hours at a time playing his game. He spends most of the weekend on the computer. Whenever I even try to interrupt him he becomes frustrated. I feel incredibly left out and ignored. Last night he had been playing and I told him to come to bed which he said he would he was just going to turn off the computer and I waited for him for an hour before falling asleep.

I'm out of ideas. I've asked him if I could play too. I've already tried the 'standing there naked' thing but it only works temporarily haha. I've tried ignoring it and I've tried doing other things and getting out more myself but the truth is I really just want to spend time with him. I miss him. But I know its important to him and he enjoys his time on it. I feel selfish and foolish for being jealous of a computer.

Any creative ideas or personal experience advice would be helpful and greatly appreciated. Thanks :)

My last bf bought me expensive clothes and shoes, most of which he picked out. He spent thousands on gifts, airline tickets (although never first class), dates, etc., in the eight months he dated. But I always felt like just a piece of arm-candy, and I never had any say in the trips or other stuff. I mean, once he walked into a formal gown boutique (very exclusive, appt only) and dropped $4000 on two gowns (we only needed one for the charity gala we were attending, but he liked two of them, so he said, why not?). Keep in mind, I'm a poor mother of two who would have loved a sofa, a new flute (I'm a music teacher and my flute was stolen a couple of years ago; believe me, I hinted!), or even a used car for that money. I have no use for the gowns in my closet now. He was controlling in all ways: bedroom, relationship, etc. Nightmare bf. Should I watch out for men with money?

my best friend is my ex, we just clearly werent meant to be in a relationship but we are great as friends. we have been best friends since a few mths after we broke up and now i have a new bf who was fine with it at first, now 3 mths into it wants to tell me i shouldnt see/talk to him anymore, and starting fights over it. i think this is unfair, and he is just being jealous. he already admitted to being insecure. why should i let someone control me and who im friends with? i love him but i shouldnt have to stop being friends with someone just because of his insecurity. advice?

Is there anybody that wants to talk to me about relationships? I don't really care who it is, as long as they are open and I don't personally know who they are. I think a guy might be able to help me more, but I appreciate any help.

If you want to chat, leave your AIM or Yahoo as an answer. If you are uncomfortable, but still want to chat, feel free to e-mail me. If you don't want either, that's OK too.

I have known this girl for a while now and her, her friends and even a couple of my friends that know her told me that she was 15. 2years younger than me not a big deal rite? but now i found out everyone lied to me and she is only 13. the reason they lied to me is because this girl didn't want me to not like her because of her age. I have hung out with her and she seems as though she is older than 16. everyone tells me "oh its just a number who cares" well i care actually because, To me it is very weird and maybe wrong. But im not going to just change my mind and say that i don't like her because i do like her. I knew i liked her before i found out her true age. It would be wrong to base all things i think about her on her age. SO is it wrong and should i tell her that it won't work or should i keep to the fact that she hasn't changed, and the fact that i like her hasn't really changed either only her age has? Lol sorry this one was so long but this is bugging the hell outta me:)

Everytime I get in a fight with one friend, I end up alienating myself from them all. I hate that about myself. I realize that so I am always desprately trying to not get in fights with people, which inevitably happen. I'm considerate of my friends feelings always, but they're never that way with mine. What can I do to change myself, I am open to all suggestions.

My boyfriend and I have been talking about marriage for a while now. I know he plans on asking me, I'm pretty sure he even has the ring. But there is a long standing traditionin my family that the man must ask the girl's father for her hand in marriage before proposing. My parents both love my boyfriend a lot. But I don't know how to go about telling my boyfriend about the tradition without actually telling him.

One of my former friends who I considered one of my BFFs until very recently told everyone that I just pretended to be innocent because I let my boyfriend do things with me. When I say things, what I mean is that we pretty much have been to 3rd base but that's it. My boyfriend was pretty mad about it because he thought it was a secret we were keeping between each other. I couldn't help but feeling betrayed by her even though we aren't friends anymore. When I confronted her about it, she said we aren't friends anymore so she doens't have any loyalty to me at all. Is she right or not?

My bf and I are in the planning stages of a wedding. We decided on a venue, budget, colors, theme and most importantly, the date! He presented it to his parents and his mom says we have to change the date because two of his cousins are also getting married on that day. (They live out of state). The problem I am having is that I love the date, we booked the church and a reception hall. My bf says if some of his fam and cousins don't make our wedding he will be upset and it will ruin his day! (I guess he wants these cousins in the wedding party) So he suggested we move the date so that everyone special in his life be able to attend. I really don't want to budge, but I love him and I know we should compromise. We have had this argument all day and I am tired of it! Who is right and who is wrong? It's my wedding and I should have what I want right? He's says all his family should be able to attend and we should budge because they planned this date first! Will someone please help us??? :)

About three weeks ago my girlfriend of seven years and I moved in together. On saturday night, she came out of nowhere and said that something was missing and she needed some time to think. This hit me out of the blue, she said that she still loves me but doesn't know if she loves me enough to last forever. We're not kids, were both getting close to thirty. The strangest thing about this was that she was spending alot of time bothering me about when we were going to get engaged this summer, and at one point came to me crying thinking that I would never ask her. I've been planning her engagement for over a year and was trying to keep it a suprise, but I did tell her soon. I just don't know if this is her getting scared of the future, or if there is someone else, or something that I haven't thought about. I'm trying to give her space for now, but if someone is willing to walk away of seven very eventful years that quick I'm not sure I should be with them. I need some advice.

I'm in love with a married man who says he wants to divorce his wife but can't afford a lawyer or to even move out. He has children and I support him wanting to be with them and give them everything. But waiting for the perfect time??? It'll never happen. I think filing for divorce or moving out are some steps he could take, but he wants to wait til he can do it all.
