Some people get angry a lot. Some people get angry very little.

Some one who gets angry a lot, find his or her own reasons to get angry. You can't make someone like that get angry less by doing something different.

If you really haven't done something that should make her angry, then she will likely be angry again soon about something else that you can not do something about.

You have to decide if her friendship is worth that kind of trouble to you. If it isn't, avoid her. If it is, get ready for a life time of anger.

first of all, you can never control how people will react or if they will angry or not. so to avoid being disappointed when it seems difficult to make people happy, what you need to do is change your expectations or perspective. i know this is classic, but there is a saying that goes, "happiness is a choice" a choice that the person make for him or herself. so don't try to make people happy, it's impossible to make them happy all the time. just continue to do good things with genuine motive and you will see positive results possibly with others but more importantly with yourself.

if your friend is always angry, and you are really curious, why don't you ask her. there are millions of reasons why a person is angry and unless you ask the person directly, noone can tell you why she is.

No one gets angry without a reason. But sometimes we dont realise what we are doing wrong and people are afraid to tell us the reason, cause that might hurt us.
The best way to makeher happy is to get to the root cause of her annoyance. Confront her and ask it directly, let her know that it wont hurt you if she tell the truth.

try to know the reason why she is angry,
if she just ignores you,
maybe just give her some time to cool off.
im sure she'll be ok soon.
if she gets angry often
and without any reason.
maybe one day,
you should just tell it to her face.
dont feel embarrased,
cos in the end,
its still for her own good.

hope this helps

It is not your responsibility to make your friend happy

We are each faced with choices throughout our lives.

We can choose to be sad - or not.
We can choose to be angry - or not.

You can choose to be the best/nicest person you can be, but if your friend still chooses to be unhappy or angry, that is their choice, not yours!

You then have do decide if you choose to spend time with your friend when they are like this, or choiose to find a new friend.

women do have mood swing... just don't attempt to say things that would trigger her bad mood. leave her for an hour and get back to her again but don't ask questions about what is bothering her because anyway in due time she will open up to you. Just be with her always constant communication is the best...

Its is better to stay quiet while someone is really angry. Dont count her words while she is angry. Better leave her alone while she gets angry

nothing..my wife is the same way....sometimes i think she is bi-polar because she gets angry out of the blue about n othing....what normally happens is she will take it out on someone (our kids) and then I have to step in between and tell her to shut her mouth and stop yelling.....She is literally tearing our family apart...then 10 minuites later she is still mad but at me because i ''stepped'' in To me this is kinda like double jeopardy on my part but I dont know how to get the aggression out of her sometimes I could just slam her against the wall for being so egotistic...I cannot talk to her because then she gets all riled up and just wants to argue and interrupt because she is just dead set in her stubborn ways......So I do nothing I just let her be and so should you...distant yourself a little

my wife knows what tickles me and what will make me angry, and I can bet she will willfully behave totally immature and reckless, now if I give her back exactly the same works then she will physically try to hit me with broom I wish I can hit her back but knowing she is hard core liar I will be in trouble
