Sounds good to me.. I love Kilts and would find that intertaining. I love the Scottish background in the wearing of the kilts. Seems normal to me.. No biggie. FInd me a man who wears a kilt and I would melt in his arms.

The same goes for taller women, aparently it's an pyschological/evolutionary and possibly biological 'issue'. Men and women seek taller mates to ensure their offspring will be tall too. I don't know why taller is better, but maybe it has to do with prehistoric times when taller people were able to run faster (hunting, escaping), see taller/further distances in case of danger and and gather fruits off the trees easier. That being said, nowadays we prize taller people as being good looking (models are tall) so we probably subconsciously want our children to be praised too and not ridiculed. SO that being said, what you are heading into (what I sense) is you think ALL women or ALL people think this way. My advice: don't do it. You can't change the way of the world (which is f*cked up by the way) but you can believe with your whole heart there is at least one woman out there who is willing to be with you regardless of your size. And I do think it does exist. Do people in wheelchairs have absolutely ZERO chance of ever scoring a mate? I don't think so. So get out there and find your special lady.

Depends on the reasoning why he likes wearing them. Scottish or not? I would feel a bit uncomfortable about dating a "cross-dresser" but kilts are pretty cool and can be kinda hot, well if you're Ewan McGregor anyway. If I liked the guy then I probably wouldn't mind.

My ex wears kilts. What's wrong with it? I respect the quirky self-confidence it takes for a guy to wear kilts.
Quirky sometimes gets out of hand, though, so if that were one of only a few things I knew about a guy, I'd proceed cautiously until I found out he was cool.

It's odd that you'd ask that question because I'm engaged to a guy that likes to wear kilts. I've honestly talked him out of it every time he's tried to. I just don't see wearing one when your in the states. Although he more than likely will wear one to our wedding and I'm perfectly fine and happy with that because we both have Scottish heritage and would like to have a some what traditional Scot wedding.

Heh. Kilts. Sounds comfy.
If the guy is great in himself, then no, I wouldn't mind.

My boyfriend honours his heritage by wearing them. I don't mind so much but if we were going to a formal function like a formal I wouldn't be so pleased with them. Tradition and what not. :) Of course underwear would be a must....

If he had a family castle in the Scottish countryside, I'd assume it was cultural and learn to live with it. Otherwise, I'd think he was too pretentious or crazy to bother with.
