This works fast. Don't tell anybody because everyone in this case will look better than we do...
1) Every day before breakfast stretch and light aerobics (something you'd do as if you were stretching before a dance class) for 30 minutes.
2) Eat a serving side dish sized bowl of Raisin Bran or Bran Flakes or Special K, any variety.
3) Drink coffee (flavored if you like it but NO cappuccino) all day if you like.
4) Eat either a salad or another cereal bowl. You can also use any flavor oatmeal or grits. Use 'I Can't Believe It's Not Butter Spray' if you need butter. Use any salad dressing you like, so long as it's fat free. The size portion is again a giant one and will hold you till bed.
5) Once or twice a week, either take a long walk or sit for 15 minutes in a sauna. Once a week, use one dose concentrated Phillips Milk Of Magnesia. This keeps you regular and pulls out toxins.
Do this for one month. After that, you can add yogurt or switch out one of those giant bowl meals with one fast food meal. However if you eat the fast food meal, you can only have 400 more calories during the day. Otherwise, you don't ever have to count them. I went from 135 to 105 in 2 months a few years ago and am currently doing this again. It also works well with babyfat after childbirth. Don't do this more than 2 months. I didn't say it was good for you but you will lose the weight and you will lose it very fast.

Do you have a curves near you? That place is great... all women there, they help you learn how to eat right, to take care of yourself. It's really awesome! And not to expensive, I know where I live my friend and I signed up, they waived the intitial sign up fee and I only pay $35 a month.
I started in March of this year and have lost 20 pounds so far. Nice slow weight loss, the weight is staying off and I am feeling so much better about myself and health wise. I've also lost quite a few inches and my body fat percentage is below 40% for the first time in years.
It really is a great program.

through out all your big plates, eat only what will fit on a small plate, have 6 or 7 small meals a day (always have breakfast). Always eat food slowly and chew properly. Drink plenty of water, switch to low fat milk and sweeteners. Start swimming 2 or 3 times a week it will burn calories without to much effort and it doesnt matter how big you are. I have lost 3 stone since February, I still eat crisps and chocs 2-3 times a week but only in small amounts. If you really want something have it but just a little bit. Good luck.

I go for two hour long walks each day, do toning exercises on my arms and butt and eat several times a day and consume no more than 1500 calories per day, but I do eat/drink whatever I want including occasional sodas or chocolate. By the way, unless you're taller than 5'6, you need to weigh less than 150 lbs (being on the higher end of 'normal weight' isn't healthy either, unless you're muscular, because you're still at risk of becoming overweight) and this is the marriage and divorce section.

Mustard is a secret bulge-buster. This boosts your metabolism and will increase natural ephadrine, the hormone that burns fat. According to Jeya Holly, professor of human nutrition on Oxford Brookes University, just a tablespoon within your food can reduce a flabby waist by 20 per cent!

Talk to your doctor. If you're clinically obese (it takes less weight than you'd think - you can check on a free online BMI calculator or your doctor will tell you) you can take a prescription weight loss aid that will help get you started with the weight loss. I know lots of people are against them, but I finally did it after gaining 30 pounds from an undiagnosed disease, and I've lost almost all of it in 2 months.

You don’t need to exercise for hours on end. Short, sharp sets of exercise will produce better results in the event you work hard. Get a omitting rope, skip for two a few minutes, do push ups for one minute, skip for two minutes, rest for starters minute. Then change the push approximately something else like sit ups in addition to do the set again. Repeat it five times and it’s a simple, effective workout that will progress results than a long function or swim.

Scarsdale Diet. (Look it up on Google.) It's just an old-fashioned low-cal diet that works better than anything else in the world. You lose about 5lbs a week and it doesn't go back on. I lost 45lbs in 3 months and it's stayed off. Good luck!
