1) HE WILL BE SEEN AS A WIFE BEATER AND A COWARD IF HE SO MUCH AS LIFTS A FINGER

2) WILL BE SEEN BY ALL AS A WIMP WHO GOT HIS AZZ KICKED BY A WOMAN

IT IS NOT OK FOR A MAN TO HIT A WOMAN AND I AM NOT CONDONING THAT..SO DON'T GO THERE THINKING THAT I AM - NOTHING COULD BE FURTHER FROM THE TRUTH.

IT IS EQUALLY NOT OK FOR A WOMAN TO TAKE ADVANTAGE OF THE SITUATION AND TO HIT A MAN BECAUSE OF THE FACT THAT HE CANNOT DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT!!!

INTERESTING THOUGH...SOME WOMEN DO HIT THEIR MEN BECAUSE OF THAT VERY FACT...THEY GET THAT JERRY SPRINGER CRAP IN THAT SKULL OF THEIRS AND ALL OF A SUDDEN HE IS CAUGHT DEFENDING HIMSELF AND CANNOT DO A THING-IF HE DOES...THEN IT IS THE MAN NOT THE WOMAN WHO GOES TO JAIL ON A MISDEMEANOR 3RD DEGREE ASSAULT CHARGE....VERY NICE...THIS IS THE COUNTRY WE LIVE IN...

I did not cheat on my husband, but he believes that I did and would like to file citing those grounds. I am now in a very serious relationship with someone new and want to be divorced immediately (we have to be apart a year to file here) and am considering letting him file using those grounds, since technically i'm cheating now since we are still legally married. My question is what difference does this make? How will it affect me in the future? I truly do NOT want to wait a whole year (and then some) to be divorced from this man. Please help!

This jerk tried to tell me how much he felt for me. He tried to get me to tell him that I loved him, but in the back of my mind something was not right. I asked if he had a gf, he said no, i asked if he had any complications in his life, he said no. What was that promise he made, "Oh baby, I would never lie to you." Today I find out that he has a gf, and about 5 other things that create way too much drama for me. Thank goodness I had the sense not to allow myself to fall for it.

What is it with these jerks anyway. How would he have felt if I tried to play him like he tried to play me? Don't they even care that we have feelings?

Okay my house gets soo f-ing hot i can not even sleep because it is too hot i am so tired rightn ow but i cant sleep because of the hottness my brother has an a/c in his room but the rest of the house is soo hot and my mom wont take it out of my brothers room he is 18 and he gets anything he wants me and my little brother have to beg for stuff this sux dont u agree an ideas on what i should do and oh yeah i ask her to buy an a/c but she calms she never has money !!!

Okay, so I have a good friend, who is in a horrible marriage. He has two kids and for now a wife. Before anyone decides to think I am messing with him, I am not. I have a boyfriend, we are just good friends. He has talked to me about everything for the past 6 months. Telling me how miserable he is and how horribly his wife treats him. All they do is argue. I told him first to get counseling and he wouldn't go for that. So he decided next time he went back he was getting a divorce (he works out of town). So he went back, with divorce papers in hand. He got there and she pulled the super sweet crap on him all over again. (This is about the 7th time this has happened.) While he is away she yells at him constantly and fools around on him. I just don't understand why he keeps falling for her crap. I know there is nothin I can do except be a good friend, but my question is why does he keep going back to her after all the crap she puts him through?

I have been told I am very negative I just thought I was realistic, I always think of 'if we get divorced' scenarios. My parents are divorced and have been for a long time, I don't know many people who haven't been divorced. My husband is from a different cultural background and there is only one divorce in his huge family so he thinks I am being a total downer when I think that I can't predict how I will feel about him in 15 years. Do you think that within a year some one can change?
Change their tendancies and the way they treat certain people?

Say if two people knew eachother for two years and one of them treated the other badly in the past, but that other person hadn't treated them so well before either, but time passes and the relationship between the two becomes more light-hearted; there are great changes in the way of communication (less shy to much more outgoing)...

my x got married a month before the court hearing for modifation of support. the child support went from 607 dollars a month to 371dollars just because he was able to claim her youngest child because she was not reseving support from that child's father.
And for those ones think that i need to get a job, I work two jobs and have five children. also i have not been with him for over ten years so it is not jealous.
My son snowboards and my daughter is part of a rockclimbing team. they are 13 and 12 thing are not cheap.
My x use to pay 345 a month for support when they were 3 and 2.
I dont think this is fare.

I'm having a debate with my best friend. I accompanied her to meet her new crush and I met his best friend. We had a great time together. Thank you all for helping! Well my boyfriend says that he loves me, and i adore/ love him too. But i dont know why i keep thinking that i love him more and that he might leave me soon. Because he does nothing to prove that, he always says how much he cares about me and how he wants to marry me, i want to marry him too! But i cant stop thinking that feeling. I dont know why either, can someone please tell me why i keep thinking this? How do i stop and make the feeling never come back ? I have had sexual fantasies about girls. but also about guys. I am dating a guy at the moment, when we kiss, i feel nothing. When he holds me, i dont really feel anything either. OK I have been having some emotional problems relating to my relationship with my mother. She pretty much doesn't see me or talk to me but lives 5 minutes from me, she gives me a **** load of money to make up for it which I am grateful for but then I feel guilty for wanting more from her in regards to visiting and playing with her grandaughter. I asked her yesterday why she isnt involved in my life and she said "My mum and dad were so in love with each other and didn't pay any attention to their kids, I am trying to teach you to make Andre (husband) your whole life and only look to him for support. The only people you need to love are him and your little girl, its you against the world and you shouldnt need anybody else. " I thought oh my God she has got it so wrong, because her parents ignored her she wants to pretend I don't exist?? At least I know WHY now, do you think that is a messed up view/excuse ?

Here are something I am not allowed to do-

No myspace, facebook etc..
No tank tops or anything like that ( not even over a bathing suit)
No calling guys, no having guys call the house. (even my guy friends!!)
No instant messanger. (even if I would only talk to my friends)
My mom doesn't like the idea of me liking boys, and my friend is into boys, and my mom doesn't like that and calls her a big flirt. ( I think its mean, because she doesn't know of any of the guys that I like and she doesn't even know that I flirt, so she doesn't have any right to call my friend that)
She doesn't like me talking on the phone to my friends a lot.
I'm not allowed to have a cell, even if I do need one.
I am not allowed to go the this back to school party with my friends. Parents would be there.
Not allowed to have a cell phone.
No short shorts.
Doesn't like me to watch videos on youtube.
And I am turning 14 soon, so I think I need a little more freedom. Or am I overreacting? please help!

Everything was fine up until he asked her to have 'cam sex' with him.
Told me she STOPPED communication with him at once.

I am a single parent struggling with health problems and as a result, financial problems also. My daugther is 14 and has never recieved child support. I filed in April of 2007 with Child Support Enforcment in my state. Her father lives in another state. They have tried to send him orders for DNA testing, etc.,
by certified mail but he doesn't respond. I have doubled checked and the address I have is correct. I do not wish to have personal contact with him or his family. But CSE is not doing much to help. What can I do now? Should I seek legal representation? Is their legal help for people who can't afford to pay a lawyer? What is UIFSA and can it help me?

Alot of people says the first time hurts.
People also says when they first start using tampons it hurts.
When i first start using tampons it never hurt a bit not at all.. and it still dont .
