Do you think that within a year some one can change?
Change their tendancies and the way they treat certain people?
Say if two people knew eachother for two years and one of them treated the other badly in the past, but that other person hadn't treated them so well before either, but time passes and the relationship between the two becomes more light-hearted; there are great changes in the way of communication (less shy to much more outgoing)...

yes, my hubby has changed in a year. not because of what i want him to but because of his surroundings. i love him now and the way he was.

that's a good question... i understand what they say about: "if you really love someone you shouldn't have to change them".. but i also believe that: "when you love someone so much you would make any changes you need to make in order to have your partner happy"...
Well in this case you're talking about is hard because you really need to be in the relationship and balance the good and the bad.. but the only advice i give you out is not to wait too long for that person to change.. its already been at least 1 year.. hasn't it?

When someone changes too much, I always get suspicious that they are trying to fool someone. Drastic changes do not usually happen that readily.

no. as the saying goes, a leopard never changes its spots.
if a relationship has its cracks and even if its mended, the cracks are still remains.

Everyone changes over time - can't help it. Can't control a lot of it, too.
