Should the rental car call me to their place to show me tha damages of the car or even made a phone call that the car was found and should they give an on the spot estimate or call me on the phone or mailed me a letter regarding the damage of a stolen car? I rented a car the loss of one day i asked my visa insurance to pay it its 56$. SO i told the rental to deal with them abt the 56$. What happened I did not know that they were askin my insurance damages for the car I rented w/c is 545$. I did not receive a letter dat there were damages. Is this acceptable? 4 months after the recovery of the car they sent me a letter stating that my visa did not pay the 545$ and I should pay it. They also sent me a quotation of their company but not the quotation of the vendor were they said they bought the parts. There was is Wheel kit that cost 310. What was that ? Do i have to question them about this and ask them for police report of the damages when the car was found?

When a client walks in, the lawyer shows him the moon and the stars and lies blatantly that he will win the case for him, then he gets adjournments and lies about them, then he misses some some procedures and processes and lies about them, he gets in touch with the opponents lawyer and lies to him that he has aces up his sleeves and scares him and makes adjustments with him and lies to his client that the opponents lawyer has some aces up his sleeves, lies to the judge, lies to his wife, lies to his tax man, lies to his friends, lies to his relatives and lies to his own self. But he lives by lying. He bribes the judge to lie and give a favourable judgement, judge lies and inspite of taking bribe, gives a favourable judgement to the opponent because that lawyer has given more brive, this lawyer lies to the client and rises all his limbs in utter helplessness, client goes to higher court with the help of another lying lawyer, after another circle of lying, he may get or not.

It is reported that China is illegally selling body parts.

HOWEVER

China is a signatory to the WHO accords that expressly forbids sales of body parts and taking parts without the donors written permission. This year, a Chinese national was elected Chair of that organization.

China also has made such practices against the law. Not only is it illegal to sell parts, it is also illegal to obtain parts even from condemned prisoners without written permission.

Therefore, since there are laws in place in China and an international organization that forbids such practices and has elected a Chinese citizen as Chair, wouldn't it be prudent to believe the two facts above as proof that no such thing is happening over organizations and hate groups that have an obvious axe to grind?

Why is this misinformation continually believed and reported?

We are told if we want to smoke we can go outside but the time must be made up, unpaid and half an hour at a time. I feel this is directly discriminating againt the smoker. We can take a walk around (as long as it's inside the building) It all has to do with leaving the building. What do you think?

What do you think of the Paris Hilton case? Was the sheriff being soft when he let her out? Was the judge wrong for not arresting him? Should the judge have let her free or was he right for putting her back in? Was it wrong of him to make her sentence the whole 45 days when it was the sheriff who let her out? Do you think she should have went back to her 23 days?

It has come to my attention from someone employed in Belew's Dairy Bar in Aurora, Kentucky that they do not get any breaks. This person works 6-7 hours a day or more and does not get any breaks at Belew's. I researched it and the law says if your under the age of 18, which this person is, than you can't work in an excess of 5 hours without a documented 30 minute break. What should I do in order to bring this to someones attention. Please any advice is needed as long as its true.

We live in Arkansas so if anyone knows please let us know or let us know where we could get the information without going to a lawyer or counselor. Also if you know the what the price would be if you have to have legal papers done.

When I googled the phone number listed with the transaction, not only did I find the passporttofun.com website, but I found a few other websites that were accusing passport to fun of running scams with fraudulent credit card charges. Now that I reported the incident, I'll probably get the charge refuned once mastercard contacts them, but obviously they're going to keep doing it to other people. How are they getting away with this without being shut down. This is credit card fraud.
