We finally got ride of her but she still owes us somewhere over $700 I just have a ballpark figure right now, i still have to dig up all the bills, but anyways. Just have a couple of questions. First of how does she now that she is to appear in court, does the court take care of that? And what if I don't have her new address, I know where her parents live and where she works, but thats about it. I also have her license plate number, so I dont know if that helps any or not. Another question was what if she doesn't show up, does she get charged with failure to appear in court or what? I don't want her to just slip out of this.

What is wrong with these people? Some say its their childhood that plays a role in it. I don't doubt it! But I had it just about as bad as you can get it when I was a child. But I don't go around harming children or raping women. I had alot of psychological problems growing up and I still have some today! I admit it! But If I thought I might become something like that I would turn myself over to the psychiatrists. I can't understand why the don't seek help before hand! There is always hope until you cross that line and harm someone! Then I say its your own fault and you deserve to be PUNISHED!!!!! But if these people would seek help prior to committing such a horrible act; I can't help but wonder how much more safe our children and women would be! When they cross the line I believe 100% that it is too late to do much talking!

I'm NOT looking for "Breach of Contract" I know what that is... this is something different.

When two people have a signed agreement and then one person tries to add onto the agreement after it was signed.

I hope that makes sense...

Thanks

There is a local case going on in my city (I live in CA) The city we live in is trying to take the home of one of our fellow neighbors. SO my neighborhood decided to have a get together about it and see how we could help. We had this get together at one of our fellow neighbors house. She put fliers on some doors. Well somehow the city lawyers got one of these fliers by "happendous" and subpoenaed the lady whose house we had this little get together at. The want all emails, telephone conversations, in person correspondence ANYTHING from this get together. The city named all of the neighbors by street address and wanted to know what was said. They also took her picture when they subpoened her. So does local city government have the right to know what we as citizens talk about in the privacy of our own homes? AMoung neighbors? Don't we have any civil rights? opinions please!! WHat should she say at the diposition? WE told her to plead her 5th amendment rights but I don't hink this pertain

I heard from a reliable government source, today, that as of last year, the hospitals had the okay from the federal government, to inject these into patients' wrists without their consent or knowlege. Has any one you know come away recently with an "unexplained prick on their wrist?"
Just curious.

Here's the skinny: Lived in NE with "Joe". Had a baby with Joe last year and he signed the birth cert as well as legal acknowledgement of paternity. Joe is moderately abusive, I left in August of 06. He knew I was going, I gave notice at my job, had movers, etc. Moved to IL. Things have deteriorated over the months, he leaves harassing messages on my voicemail, calls me names, etc., etc. Doesn't give me a dime. He is now threatening to come take my baby away. Logistically, this would be very difficult as he is broke and far away. Legally, does he have any rights? He missed the opportunity to get me for crossing state lines, his months of silence are legal acceptance of my residence. Can I legally stop him, get a restraining order or something? I have 24 voicemails saved from the past 7 days, including one with the threat to take my boy.

Please spare me the speech about having a baby with this guy. I know, I'm now trying to move on and do what is best by my boy.

Is there any law that sets standards for domain names? What CAN or CANNOT be done? I have seen on the web people doing all sorts of stuff with domains, but I want to make sure that I dont violate any laws. For example, N.Y or NYC is used as city code for newyork and I want to start a website that promotes NewYork city..mm..say gonyc.com or flyjfk.com etc (might already exist but used as example only) Will I oneday get in trouble with the city of NY asking me to surrender the domain?Help me to understand how it works? Thanks Folks
