my mom got this stuff in the mail from some guy named james bradshaw and she wants to know if it is a scam. he wants you to pay like 49 dollars and you can make alot of money, she is not going to do it she just wants to see if it is a scam or not. please help

$49 to tell you how to get rich?
That's easy. Save your money and hang on to it to pay down your credit cards and other bills. Avoiding interest payments is the best way to save your money. The second best way is to avoid con-artists who offer you and get-rich-quick deals.
Think about it this way, if they are rich, why are they willing to tell you how to make it rich using their methods? Do they suddenly have too much money?
