So they can take advantage of our liberal court systems and sue. (like they just did in the airliner incident).

Is this how they are funding the terrorist effort? I think so.

We need to legislate against these fraudulent lawsuits.

I was charged with speeding on the freeway at a time and place where a speed limit sign was required to enforce the law, but there was none posted. So, I went to court to fight the ticket and lost. Now, I'm going to appeal with the support of the National Motorists Association. After my case is overturned in the Court of Appeals, it will be official that the speed limit cannot be enforced on the expressway at the time and place speed limit signs are not visible.

You know what this means? Speed traps will disappear everywhere except in front of speed limit signs. I know that interests you!

So, these are my two questions:

1. Will you please help me with this cause and donate legal money for this battle? Just think of how much money a speeding ticket would cost you!

2. If you're a lawyer, would you be willing to fight the case with me?

A plaintiff who is claiming damages for personal injury in an action for negligence, trespass, nuisance or breach of duty may apply to have the limitation period extended. The plaintiff must show that:

* a material fact of a decisive character relating to the right of action was not within the plaintiff’s means of knowledge until some time after the commencement of the final year of the limitation period specified by the Act;
and
* there is evidence to establish the right of action apart from a defence based on the expiration of the limitation period.

“Material facts” include:

* the occurrence of negligence, trespass, nuisance or breach of duty on which the right of action is founded;

* the identity of the person against whom the right ofaction lies;
* the fact that the negligence, trespass, nuisance or breach of duty caused personal injury;
*the nature and extent of the personal injury caused by the negligence,

This question is in line with abortion.
Ok, have you heard of natural law? No? Ok.
1.Do all you have agreed to do. 2.Do not encroach on others.
Now, we must answer the above question to know if abortion is encroachment, or murder. Discuss, be friendly ty.

My wife left her job. Her last day of work was 12/5/06. The school she worked for is in the PSEA union. We received a bill from PSEA for $175.00 for Union dues for the 2006/2007 school yr. The union began back in 2004 & when it began my wife signed an enrollment form that states the following:

"By signing this membership form, I am enrolling for the 2004-2005 membership year & also agreeing to maintain my membership in the aapropriate category each membership year thereafter, unless covered by a maintenance of membership provision. I may revoke my membership by notifying in writing, my local association, if available, or PSEA no later than October 1 of that membership year or as stated in my collective bargaining agreement."

My wife signed this on 8/27/04. When the union began there was no mention of this requirement & in the union meetings there were no reminders.

40 persent of the people in jail claim to have had sex in prison. How can the Government endorse and istitutiion in wich it can not protect its inmates from rape and violance? Is this indignation considered reasonable punishment for those who brake the law even in the most minor of offences? If you can't protect your own citizens why do question tacticts in military prisons?

Recently i was hospitalized, blood work and other test were performed, the doctor offered nothing deffinative about my condition and sent me home. A few days later, a friend of my brother-in-law's had told his girlfriend about my lab results, insinuating there could be something wrong with my health. This friend is an employee at this hospitals lab. People that had no idea that I even went to the hospital begins calling wanting to know what is wrong with my specific organ of complaint. I am furious because I feel this was none of their business unless I elected to share it with them. What if anything can I do about this?

If a small cult-like religion somehow get enough followers to be legally classified as a religion, and practices human/animal sacrfices and the like, could that religion legally sacrifice a volunteer from their church? I was thinking about this the other day and started thinking about how secular laws and stuff here are and it freaked me out a bit if there was a situation like this.

I am and asked our county attourney if there was anyting I could do. He said post a no tresspassing sign and anyone not welcome on your property can be arrested for CRIMINAL TRESPASSING. So the sign went up today. I figured since they couldn't walk through WAL- MART or any of the local businesses, a persons home should have even more rights. The reason for my anger is The Jehovah witnesses visited this weekend while my daughter was home from college and we were having a rare sit down family meal together, but the kicker was the Christmas day visit by them as I sat down with my wifes parents for Christmas dinner. How stupid and inconsiderate. Got any horror stories?
