Size 8 & larger Brazilian bikini/bikini bottoms are henceforth BANNED. No Fat Blokes/Speedos neither.

This BAN insures that men scrutinising ladies' bottoms are not overcome with nausea, severe vomiting, dry-retching, motion-illness, extreme newfound-homosexuality, optic-celluliteosis (eye condition caused by excess dimpled wobbly skin movements) &permanent blindness.

There shall be a new legal limit on female bottom widths and depth of the cheek-crease- anything exceeding the average man's hand width and depth is strictly prohibited and punishable by several hours of public spanking.
This New Law is in place to eliminate false reportage of stranded marine mammals and wanton displays of detachment from reality.
This new law is punishable by charge of the criminal Offense of Public Visual ASSault and Grievous Bodily Misattire.

Thankfully, beaches shall now be free from women from assaulting us with their enormous behinds. Europe shall soon follow, but ***-size is problemtatic in US.

OK...long story. I had reserved a hotel room tonight for me and my wife that was adjacent to the bar that we were celebrating the New Year at tonight. Soon after we arrived at he hotel, a cop knocked on the door and said that they had received complaints from this room. I assured him that the noise hadn't come from my room because I had just arrived there a few minutes before he arrived. He left without incident. Fifteen to thirty minutes later, I called the front desk and request toothpaste. He told me that it would be right down. Not long after, a cop showed up and demanded we leave the room because someone from our room called and cussed out the manager of the hotel. No such call come from my room. I knew that I had been drinking, and didn't want to leave, and I told him the same. He gave me to choice in the matter. I aked him to give me a breathalizer to see if I was legal to drive and he refused. Instead, he made me drive home and endanger myself and others.

I have gotten two underage drinking tickets and plan to pay both fines.
What effects will these tickets have on my drivers liscence eligibilty? At what age may I legally get my liscence.
Please do not answer this if you do not know for sure..
Please refrain from condemning me for my poor judgment.
Gracias.

I have a group of several hundred friends and associates. We live in Asia. According to our reading of a US Senate-ratified treaty, we should have certain rights under US laws, and under the US constitution. However, local US government officials here in our country of residence refuse to answer our letters or applications for remedial treatment or assistance.

In regarding to the filing a Complaint for Declaratory Relief in a US court, a law student in the USA said that we lack "case or controversy" to establish any facts sufficient to warrant jurisdiction ..... and quoted 28 USC 2201: In a case of actual controversy within its jurisdiction, .... upon the filing of an appropriate pleading, may declare the rights and other legal relations of any interested party seeking such declaration, whether or not further relief is or could be sought.

Can we get around this problem somehow? We have tried to contact government officials in the USA, but they don't respond to us either.

We have seperate leases with the front office and it's by the bedroom. The apartment is 50% his and 50% mine. His parties usually have underage drinking and like 30 people in this tiny apartment, some of which are high (but they don't use the drugs here). Do I have the authority to stop the party?

Like how throughout history empires conquered other lands.. But, now we can pretty much see the whole world at once in a way, do people still want to conquer and take over countries? It's hard to imagine when you really think about it, but it must be true, how long have empires been around, and what is the U.S. but an empire?

I work in a pharmacy and find myself sending daily vitamins and other unnessary meds to prisons. Don't you think they should pay? And if they are serving a life sentence how could they pay? I know it shouldn't be my tax dollars.. I have to buy my own meds.. I can't believe that they get DAW meds. Expecially when it cost more. How can we fix this? What I don't understand is if someone is convicted and gets a death sentence why should they be on meds.. They are only there temporaily.

The misuse of false intelligence? The money trail and connections between politicians and military contractors? Unlawful domestic spying? All of these and more? It appears that all of these are on the table right now.

There is proof that passive smoking is harmful so surely it is a basic human right not to be poisoned by other peoples smoke so how can they(smokers) moan about having their human rights infringed? and surely it is a step in the right direction giving out the message to youngsters that smikng isn't socially accepted? btw ( I am a smoker but I respect other peoples rights) I simply have no argument. What right do I have to harm other peoples health? So just what is the pro smokers argument?

I just completed the framming of my new home. I now find out that the neighbor across the street from me doesn't like the way my house is positioned on my lot. She doesn't like the fact that when she looks out her front door, she can see my garage. She filed a complaint with the Homeowners Assoc. The Assoc is telling me that i'm in violation of the covenant and that they want me to stop construction on my home. Their claim is the subdiv was designed so that whatever street you live on, the front of your house should face that street. I'm on a corner lot and i'm building so that my garage faces my street. The only thing the covenant states is "all houses should have side or rear entry garages". They are telling me that this law justifies me being in violation with my garage facing the street of my address instead of the front door. This law has nothing to do with the position of my house. This law refers to the specs on my home. Do they have a case? What should I do?
