..if so, how exactly does that work?

My husband is a friend, has allowed me the opportunity to home-school my daughter and basically allowed me to "slack." As of late, he has decided to "limit" me on my spending, while he controls all of our finances. I am frustrated, am new to my area and have submitted my resume to several places with no avail. How can I make him respect my needs? My daughter is in school now, and I am more than willing to go back to work to contribute to our household. The problem, really, is that I would rather swing it as a single than deal with a control issue. So now what?

Given it's not going to waste money, and funds to make more prisons and house more prisoners is at its end point?
I understand that it is morally wrong, can't deny that, but then what do you suggest be the solution, because that's a lot of wasted money catering to evil people (not every single prisoner in there was an innocent wrongly accused...so that's a small factor out of the majority that HAVE done something seriously wrong.). Not to mention i've heard some areas that there's overcrowding, so i'm curious to see what your answer would be if not to judge them according to their wrongs and be rid of people who have nothing else but to help the world suffer.

The other two are his and he got a year for each one of them. The sentences are to run consecutively. He wants to go back to court to get the sentences ran concurrently. What can be done?

Do i have to see a judge as if i am getting my name changed? How would a doctor go about having the title Dr. added to his License. I live in CT, USA. Esquire is not a legal title, it denotes nothing earned or accomplished and there is no institution that controls the term or who receives it. (probably because no one else really wants it.)

In Tennessee applicants that apply for a job as a police officer are not required to submit to a drug test before being hired and any other job it is a requirment . Why is this any different ? There is a problem in this state with corruption with in the law inforcement community, local , city ,county and state police forces. The public is now being made aware of officers that were hired and had criminal back grounds and or are convicted felons after these so called offercers who are paid to protect us get in trouble. What's it going to take to make the public aware that they allso have police officers who have drug problems and judges who are still sitting on the bench comitting felonies far worse than what they send people to jail for every day . Innocent people are put behind bars and are ordered to pay fines that are so unreasonable there's no way they can support a familly and complete the ordered payment .If you dare complain or file a complaint " you'll be sorry "! What can I do

Personally I don't think he will get anything but a slap on the wrist and told "don't do that again". It seems more a cover the ethics boards asses than getting any thing done.

The bar association, which filed the ethics charges Thursday, will not schedule Nifong's trial-like hearing for at least three months, Lunsford said Friday.
The bar cited nearly 50 remarks Nifong made to reporters and said many amounted to "improper commentary about the character, credibility and reputation of the accused."

Some tollroads use the tolltag information to figure out how long it is taking cars to get from booth to booth. They then display this information as drive time between booths. Is it ethical to use this information this way? They are essentially tracking you as you drive along.

Let's say a person pieces together a list of charges against George Bush.
Is it possible to take him to court?
How?
(I ask this question for a number of reasons.
One reason is that Bush lost both the election AND the re-election, yet occupies the Oval Office. I capitalize on this one, as it's the most obvious and violates democracy.

Another is that he claimed that he and the U.S. government had undeniable proof of the presence of weapons of mass destruction within Iraq. HE CARRIED OUT AN INVASION AND JUSTIFIED IT with information that he later confirmed to be false.

And of course, more recently, the PROCESS of the execution of Saddam. Saddam most likely had it coming anyhow, but the due process of trial was in many ways arranged by Bush and his government, who claimed to give Saddam the "fair trial" he denied others. BUT... Pressure from Bush accelerated the execution. Yet, when Saddam's lawyers attempted to appeal the decision, the U.S. said there was nothing they could do.)

She (the one I gave the videos to) gave it to a friend who posted it on Youtube and the friend is now taking credit for them. I am the one who recorded the video with my camcorder, edited it, and burned it.

Is there a way (whether in court or with police) to make her at least credit me, if not take it off Youtube?

PS The reason I gave the video to MY friend was because I thought she wanted a keepsake. (she was there too)

What happens if a will is found after an estate closes? Lets say an exhaustive search for a will turned up no will. Then - later on - after the proceeds of the estate have been distributed to next of kin (by state law, since there was no will found), a will is found and the people who have already received the money and closed the estate are not included?

Is there anyway I can get a copy of his will? We are not sure what he wanted for regarding funeral/final services.
