How about keeping it in my backpack when I'm on my college campus?

also it can't be a concealed weapon (i.e. a switchblade that doesn't look like a knife).
other than that, i'm not really sure.
if you're at a college, maybe you could ask one of your friends studying law.

We have a Local Truck Stop in which my Mate purchased 1 for me.. I wear mine with the blade on the outside of my pocket below my coin pocket which I have been in the presence of a Officer which they did see it but said nothing to me. I believe that if it is not concealed. it is not illegal. Man Really notice it. (great) :)
Just ask my mate and he said that it is 12' and wear it where the clap is on the inside of pocket and the knife folded is visible from the outside. Cute little black and silver knife.
Still unsure contact your local authority as stated above.

unmder 5 inches and not a self opening blade fine if its like a switchblade or jack knife no if it has a thumb screw for 1 hand operation its ok no sure bout campus

i don't know about on campus, but i think as long as the blade is under 4 inches, you're okay.

i know for sure that it is illegal here in Vermont to have a knife with the blade bigger than your palm that's all i know lol
