I was at Kohls last week with my friend. I saw perfume i wanted and she told me she would steal it for me. Me and her have shoplifted before, so i thought it was no big deal. she stuffed it into her bag, and we proceded to walk out of the store.when we were outside a man who identified himself as kohls loss prevention took us to the back. he said it was no big deal, he asked whose idea it was and my friend said it was mine. the man said that because of this i would have to pay full. the perfume was $45 and the price would be multiplied by x3, or x5, but he said that since we were minors they might not even charge anything. my friend called her 21 year old cousin to pick us up. he asked for our names adress and phone number. i gave my real name but a fake address and number, while my friend provided all her real info. also her cousin provided the correct information aswell. they said they will send a letter in 4-6 weeks. i am scared now that they will give my name to the police.

I beleave there should be a flat tax rate. Not by how much you make, or if your married, etc. There should be no deductions for kids, loss, etc. 10% or what ever it would be.If you make $100 pay $10 - 1,000,000 pay $100,000. What do you think?

I really wanted my ex back what he said made me change a whole lot well... that what my friends say. At the time he said he wanted a pretty asian girl or a pretty hispanic and I am hispanic. To me that told me I am not pretty. So during summer vaction
lets say I was on a "diet" I wasen't really eating still do. While I was doing that I fainted once. I became extreamly obsessed about my weight and looked it the mirror everyday I still do. When I went back to school everyone noticed the change some of my other friends didn't even recognize me. then after a few mouths I told my friend if she could tell him what I had done. She basicly told me "he dosen't care leave him alone!!!" yada yada yada and "his life is really good right now and he dosen't want me to ruin it" I just wanted to know if you guys think I should have gotten another chance. Also I think I might have BDD (body dysmorphic disorder). Before I thought I was the prettist girl in the world now I feel like a conplete fat ***

My tenant feels endangered by someone she signed a lease with and wants us to change the locks. The police reminded us that we cannot legally change the locks without the consent of everyone on the lease. I need to know how to word and agreement the other leasee(sp) can sign to voluntarily remove himself from the lease. It must be legally binding and protect us from a lawsuit. Thank You!

P.S. We live in Ontario

Has honesty become something our grandfather believed in?
Today I find myself surrounded by people who are obviously lying to me, and it's not just preachers, politicians, and used car salesmen.
It's ordinary people who testify on T.V. that if I use this product, I will loose 60lbs. in 60 days,or I will become a millionaire by next month.
Right now (on public T.V.) I'm watching a guy ,with a tripple chin, telling me how to get my body in shape.
Even the once respected medical Doctor might be advising me to have an unnecessary medical operation so that he can buy his wife that new Mercedes.
My mechanic even speaks a language he hopes I can't understand, so he can do an expensive repair.
Where in hell can we feel secure in this modern world?

Why are we in Iraq?

Why does our government allow tobacco corporations to continue to sell poisonous cigarettes?

Why does our government allow pharmaceutical companies to sell drugs with side-effects worse than the disease they're trying to cure?

Why does our government put fluoride in our water, that systemically poisons us, while trying to treat a topical oral problem?

Why does our government allow corporations to poison our food with additives, preservatives, with toxic amounts of fat and sugars?

Still think our government cares about people's health and welfare as long as it doesn't affect the bottomline?

My ex is telling my daughter he's going to keep looking for ways to get me put in jail, even if he has to plant drugs in my car. He intends to keep finding things to take me to court for. Does my restraining order cover this or do I have to let him continue until I can have him arrested for harassment?

"The death of one man is a tragedy. The death of millions is a statistic" - Joseph Stalin.

I cannot understand how so many people are condemning the execution of Saddam Hussein. This man is directly responsible for the deaths of over 1 million people. Surely if anyone deserves the death penalty it's this man. I understand if you oppose the death penalty no matter the circumstances but many of you do support capital punishment and still oppose its use on Saddam. Why?

I believe the main reason is because of one of two factors, either you are so opposed to the war in Iraq that you cannot support any positive developments or Stalin was right and because you cannot connect a face or narrative to Saddam's crimes they are meaningless to you. I believe that many people saw the images of a disheveled looking Saddam after his capture and felt more sympathy for him then his victims because they could connect Saddam's face to suffering better then his victims.

What are your thoughts?
