no, that's theft. report it to the police and to the bank, the bank might give you your money back, they have insurance against these things.

NO, not unless you have added her to your accounts. If you haven't already done so, get a new card, get a new checking account, and make sure she doesn't have your SS# or any credit card numbers. If you are so inclined, report her for illegally using your stuff. Or challenge the debits to your account and sometimes the bank will go after her for the charges. If you think she knows any sensitive information, put a fraud alert on your credit report so she can't just go and open up accounts under your name. Good Luck.

Hi, Mobile phone - Credit Card Petrol - Credit Card Car Expenses - Credit Card & Cash Shopping - Credit Card Air tickets - Credit Card Hotels - Credit Card Dinning - Credit Card & Cash Small expenses - Cash Credit Card payment - cheque or online internet transfer (NEFT/RTGS) Now u r wondering that why I PAY BY CREDIT CARD - I paid always after my billing date as I got 30days period untill statement generate + get 20days as payment due date is after 20 days of statement generation date. Thats means if I paid something by credit card on 1 Apr 2009 then 30 Apr 2009 my bill will generate & have to pay my bills till 20 May 2009 thats means I can use my money till 50days in other things. NOTE: never ever use you debit card for any shopping as credit card fake Transaction can be recall as it's a credit facility which bank gave you BUT once your money went out from your DEBIT card, bank has no liability to recall/reversal of fake transaction.

Contact an attorney for the return of your 'stolen' money and contact your bank immediately and change your PIN. You evidently gave it to her somewhere along the line. Get all of your checks away from her. Again, notify the bank that an unauthorized person has been forging your signature on checks.
Unless you have a 'joint account', both things she's doing are against the law. Protect yourself and take legal action ... or ignore it and jeopardize your credit and loss of everything you've worked to own.

It's only ok if she had your consent which it doesn't sound like she did. That is definately considered identity theft because as she was using your stuff she was definately trying to pass the impression she was you. You should file an identity theft report with your local police agency, and get this taken care of. If she has any of your personal information who knows what else she can and will do.

No, it's not legal. Get down on your knees and thank the universe she left. She's a thief and a liar. Next time, don't leave your checks and cards out for someone to misuse.
