Saddam was not a good person to say the least, but you are mistaken. Osama Bin laden was responsible for 9/11, Saddam was not part of that group. Saddam did however have contact with some of the members of Al-Qaeda.

Bush has sad CLEARLY that Saddam was not involved in 9/11.

Many of the people indirectly responsible are now dead.
Once Osama Bin Laden has been brought to justice, the world will be somewhat safer.
