I live in canada. I am not "Grandfathered in. Can I get a short barrel revolver in a .38 or higher calliber?

not for concealled carry more for collection/ home defense. (Ha I know in canada give him a cup o coffee while he rapes your wife.)

No to the short barrel revolver. It is classified as a concealed weapon in Canada which is illegal. you can have a gun but need permits and registrations and you wont get it overnight.

Yes, if you immigrate (legally) to the US. Apparently Canada doesn't think its citizens have a right to defend themselves.
