Am involved in a 501c3 that is in need of a more sustainable leadership structure. Currently, there is a Board of Directors with the President as the only officer. The board realizes there needs to be a change made to better handle internal issues, and develop a sustainable leadership model.

Am under the impression that a 501c3 cannot make certain changes to their basic function without some legal issues being addressed. Have been unable to find resources on the 'net to help me answer this question.

A message board link or a referral to a mailing list that can help would be much appreciated.

lots of known people have committed lots of different kinds of crimes against me. cops refuse to make reports. i can not get crimmonels arrested. crimes keep happening conestly. not even alowed to contact cops unless it is anemergency. cops themselfs have committed lots of crimes against me. i am poverty level legal aid always refuses to ever assist me with anything i ever ask help with. lawyers & people that are not lawyers say that legal aid can help. legal aid DOES NOT DO ANYTHING about anything. who has the right to say if someone's not a perfect parent?i may not be perfect but i bend over backwards to provide for my kids.i may not have alot of money but with what i got i get what i need for my kids.mean while there are kids out their that do need help,but insteed of CYFS helping them,they knock on my door.just because i'm 25,on welfare & don't have a deploma don't mean i can't raise my kids.i heard on the news about a mother who jumped off the 401 in Toronto with her baby,where were CYFS for that baby?what about Miss.Tunner who druged her baby after CYFS gave the baby back,just because she was a doctor but also on murder charges,who was there for that baby?i've missed 2 birthdays,my son's first tooth,his first christmas and god knows what else & it kills me,who do my kids run to when there scared?or when their sick,or just wants someone to hold them & say it's goona be okay,who?CYFS?don't think so,as long as they get paied what do they care.but they will,i am fighting back

I think it as cruel and very disgusting act from US, but seems that we all have got used to it to the extend that no one feels anything anymore..
According to this religion and considering he was Muslim .. this month is holy in a way that we are not suppose to harm an ant or a tree.. ! We have executed a human !!!!! does anybody sense the crime we have done.. !!!
He did a lot in his life; I agree he needed a punishment, but not this way!

I can understand speeding when other cars are around that's dangerous. However, if you're driving and there's no cars around you. You should be able to drive as fast as you want. It's your car and you paid for it, you should be able to drive as fast as you want. I hate police always giving tickets to people. Let them drive fast who cares.

she had already given me her yahoo password to me. but the thing is that i went to myspace and put her yahoo email on the forgot password box. myspace sends the password to the yahoo email account. hence i get the password. i got a gut feeling about this girl cheating on me since the longest. i had to know the truth its been tormenting for a long time. so when i finally check it out i find out shes sleeping with someone she met through myspace. i've been with this girl for five years and she does this! well i know i checked her messages but come on this girl is lying to me! i just wanna know if it is illegal to that. please help me out so when i tell her about the messages she cannot deny anything or make threats to me. i had a good cause. come on i could of gotten an std!
